    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out here.

    We are working on a better filter for the core plugin for the Google Calendar Export to strip out html and preserve line breaks. It is not ready to be included in the 3.10 release this week.

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    Unfortunately, we do not have a feature to sync Google Cal or any other calendars with our plugins.

    If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.

    For our ticketing plugins each event has an attendees list which you can bulk check in or single check in tickets.

    This article shows in detail the attendees list and what can be done with it.

    Also, I can’t seem to find a preview of what a regular ticket looks like. Is it delivered by email in PDF? I’ve tried the demo and the regular WooCommerce email says “You’ll receive your tickets in another email.” but I never received anything else after.

    Tickets are not sent unless an order is completed. I have completed the order so you may have gotten the ticket now.

    It is not a pdf, but an inline html ticket sent by email.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    It is possible to show a location title without the link.

    If this is in one of our event templates you can follow our themer’s guide:

    That will show you how you can move and edit event templates in your theme.

    There you can change any venue links you like to just the title.

    To just show a title you could use this coding:

    <?php echo get_the_title( tribe_get_venue_id( $event_id ) ); ?>

    I could not get the query string to increase when using the Check In Button for a ticket.

    It looks like this happens if you keep using the Bulk Edit on Attendees.

    It looks to me like the query string was not cleared after each bulk edit and gets longer and longer until it would hit a limit.

    I am going to make a bug report to look into this.

    In the mean time I would look to using the “Check In” Button instead of Bulk Edit.

    And if you are using Bulk Edit to only do 4 to 5 bulk edits in a row and then reopen the Attendees Page from the event list again.

    Let me know if that is what you are seeing on your site as well.

    The Events Calendar Free + WooTickets is enough you do not need Pro.

    However, if you would like Pro features you would have to also buy Pro.

    Hi,

    Yes you can purchase the Personal License for your Business Site.

    It is just our name for one license it does not mean you cannot use it on a business site.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    I noticed your site is on a localhost that could be the issue.

    As the address is sent to Google and the longitude and latitude are sent back and stored in the venue custom fields.

    If that connect is broken then the default is 0,0.

    We have better detection of this in 3.10 and improvements to in general to getting the longitude and latitude, which we hope to release this week.

    Are you able to try on a live site and see if the longitude and latitude are being returned correctly? Or can you wait a couple days for 3.10 to be released and try with that?

    3.10 also includes a method to edit the longitude and latitude without using Event Rocket.

    My question: if I purchase the license keys I need for one site now, and in a few months we decide to add in more sites, can we get credit towards the purchase of the three site license key price?

    Yep you can purchase a single license now and upgrade any license to another level that is not expired and get credit for it.
