I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I noticed your site is on a localhost that could be the issue.
As the address is sent to Google and the longitude and latitude are sent back and stored in the venue custom fields.
If that connect is broken then the default is 0,0.
We have better detection of this in 3.10 and improvements to in general to getting the longitude and latitude, which we hope to release this week.
Are you able to try on a live site and see if the longitude and latitude are being returned correctly? Or can you wait a couple days for 3.10 to be released and try with that?
3.10 also includes a method to edit the longitude and latitude without using Event Rocket.
