MemberIf you can access the admin and delete the plugins that way. That is fine.
If you cannot do it then you would have to use ftp.
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the screenshot.
I appreciate the offer for the login!
However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.
Looking over the Screenshot I see the times for the Thursday and Friday Weekly Event have a start time that is after the end time. If you set the start time to before the end time does this work then?
If not can you send a new screenshot with the start times and I can take a look.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I visited your site and see what you mean.
That coding is outputted by your theme so the change would have to be made there to the title function.
You can use the following conditionals to prevent “Blog Archives” from showing and instead put Calendar in its place.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

September 18, 2015 at 8:58 am in reply to: Front End Issue – Events Calendar not Displaying #1006474Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the troubles. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Do you have a link I can see to check it out?
Also, can you confirm all plugins are on the same major version? (all 3.12.x or all 3.11.x)
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk well that would be an issue.
Let us know after your email is fixed if you have any other issues.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I can help out here.
There is not filter to enable that would allow events to show until midnight even if passed as you would like.
A way around this could be to set all Events to All Day Events.
Then put the time of the event first thing in the description.
That would show in many views, but not all.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I created an additional field and set it to be a url and showed as html for me too. It is because we escape the html, but did not account for the url field.
Nico provided a fix for it here that can help in the mean time:
That fixed the issue for me as well and I am creating a ticket to address this.

As for editing the event templates we have the themer’s guide to help you move and edit them:https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Following that guide you want to move and edit this file in your theme:
the-events-calendar\src\views\modules\meta\details.php
Moved to:
yourtheme\tribe-events\modules\meta\details.php
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

September 18, 2015 at 8:42 am in reply to: Random Event Headers showing up on Main Events and Category Events Pages #1006464Brian
MemberHi,
Glad you were able to make the template change to remove the extra event title.
The display of the Duration of the Event Date and Times can be modified with these two fields:
Events > Settings > Display Tab > Date with year
Events > Settings > Display Tab > Date without year
Removing the default F would remove the month. It might look strange though so you might want to remove the j(day number) too.
This is across the board change for all the event templates.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
September 18, 2015 at 8:20 am in reply to: Made changes to event in EventBrite, not updating on WP #1006456Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Unfortunately, there is nothing in the Eventbrite API to notify the coding on your site that an event has been changed. I could see an update button be useful here to at least manually pull in changes, but right now you would either have to make the change manually in WordPress or delete it and re import it then.
Sorry for not having anything better on this.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
September 18, 2015 at 8:17 am in reply to: Fatal error: Class 'Tribe_Template_Factory' not found #1006453Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out here.
For this the template factory has changed in 3.10 so try this instead:
Tribe__Events__Template_Factory::asset_packageThis function still exists as is:
tribe_get_start_date()
So it is not clear why it is having issues.
I just tried out the coding we have on our site and did not get an error.
See if replacing that coding with the current tutorial helps:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/customize-rss-feed/
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out here.
Do you have a screenshot of all the rules you are using?
I would like to test out and see if I can replicate the issue.
You can provide a link to the screenshot from dropbox, CloudUp or another image sharing service.
Let me know and we can go from there.
Thanks
September 18, 2015 at 7:57 am in reply to: Showing venues on map when no events are scheduled #1006433Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
I can help out here.
The Map View shows the Events in the list below it on the map so it does not have a way to show venues without events.
For your work around I do not think that would work as you need the events in the list below it to show in the map. So if you removed them it would not show.
You might be able to hide those events with css, but you would want to increase the amount of events shown per page to get them all in.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
