    I am trying to update the license but can not login. I have tried resetting the password and have not received any email. Please let me know how I can get back into my account.

    I found your account, but cannot provide a new password here. Let them know you are not getting the password reset emails and if they can please create you a temporary password.

    Thank you for your help, it appears that I am not receiving any emails for some reason so that answers that problem.
