Brian
MemberHi,
I was not able to access the site due to a password protection.
However, if you are getting this issue it sounds like not all the plugins are updated to 3.12 or a file got corrupted on update.
This most likely is disabling your staging site so you would have to update all the plugins by ftp or remove them by ftp and then get back into WordPress and manually upload each one again.
Let me know what you find out and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
I am going to close this ticket and help out on your other ticket:
Brian
MemberHi,
That customer customized his filter bar.
I found this coding that can help do that:
You want to change this line:
class TribeEventsFilter_Custom extends TribeEventsFilter {To this:
class TribeEventsFilter_Custom extends Tribe__Events__Filterbar__Filter{As we have updated the class names since this was created.
It is setup to add the Events Categories again, but could be modified to use a custom taxonomy you can create.

MemberHi,
That is not quite what I was looking for.
This is the area I was referring too:
September 18, 2015 at 7:29 am in reply to: Next event button disapears after 1 click event. #1006412Brian
MemberIt sounds like there is something in your theme causing the issue.
The only way to figure that out is to go through the coding and see if something can be turned off on the events pages that is causing the conflict.
I am limited in being able to support 3rd party coding.
We have this conditionals to help disable scripts on our views:
https://gist.github.com/jo-snips/2415009
Or try using the Plugin Logic to disable other plugins on the event views and single templates:

MemberHi Again,
I looked into this and the only way to change this is not modify the coding of the plugin.
George has a response here to how to do that:
We have it on our to do list, but not sure when it might be included in a release.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins I can help out here.
When you edited the last event did you edit it as a single event or the series of events?
Do you have the settings you used so I can try to replicate. For your initial recurring event and that what you added to it.
b) make changes and exclusions to the series after a certain date (e.g. I want my Sept. events on Thursday mornings to remain the same, but all the ones after October to show slightly different info).
Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can edit single events in a recurring series, but once you do it breaks them from the series. There is no way to have a group in one month say one thing and a group next month say another.
The only way to achieve this is to create a recurring series for each month so you can update each month at a time.
Let me know about those settings and we can go from there.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins I can help out here.
Do I have to buy separate licenses for each extension?
Yes each plugin is separate. We are working on bundle pricing, but I do not have a timeline for it.
If I ad custom fields to the events structure, Are these fields also available in the front end to fill in by visitors that ad events?
Yes, if you add the additional fields through Pro they show in the front end form.
After the year has ended, can I still use the plug-ins? Or do I have to extend the subscription?
Yes, the plugins will still work after the year, but you will no longer have access to support or updates.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

To get the automatic updates please follow these steps here to setup your license:
Also, you can do manual updates and to do that follow the manual update guide here:

MemberHello,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can help out here.
Right now each plugin is a separate purchase. So Pro and Community Events are both $89.00.
We are working on adding bundling to our pricing, but I do not have a timeline when that might happen.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
It could be a conflict with the theme or another plugin.
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks
