MemberHi,
I think there is a way around this.
Although all the events were deleted. They still remain in the database so when the importer is checking for events it find them there.
You can use a plugin such as Adminer:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/adminer/
To go into the database and delete all the trashed events and then you should be able to import again.
Open Adminer Miner
Go to the Posts Table
Click Select, then search
Change Anywhere dropdown to post status
Enter trash in the search field
Click Select
Check all the ones you want to delete and then click delete on the bottom of the page
Following those steps I was able to reimport everything.
Let me know if you need some more help.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
However, I did take a look and you could review your time format settings here to look for duplicates there and let us know on WordPress.org what you find out:
Admin > Settings > General > Time Format
Events > Settings > Display Tab > “Date Format Settings”
Thanks again!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having I can help out here.
Avada just released a new version of their theme that does significantly change the look of the Events Calendar especially from our Demo so that could be the source of the changes you see.
I am not sure if they provide a way to disable their styling. They would be able the help better on that.
They also have this resource for The Events Calendar:
https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/how-to-use-the-events-calendar-with-avada/
As for the Month View not working. Do you have any caching or minify plugins? Does turning those off help?
Also, do you have a link to the events page you can provide so I can take a look at what is happening.
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi Thanks,
I have tested it out and see what you mean.
For now it will require a change in the slug, but I have a ticket for us to look into and address this.
I am going to close this ticket to new replies, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one.
Thanks

MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for your frustrations.
The Events Views are not pages, but Archives in WordPress so they do not show up in the page area of your site.
It is not that your theme is unknown it is the same for any theme even the popular ones we cannot provide support for customization and have to follow our terms and conditions for all our license holders. We try to help out, but we are limited in what we can go. This is one of those areas we are limited as it is not a feature we ship with.
As for the issue the only way to add the slider is by customizationing templates it cannot be done from the WordPress Admin.
I have laid out the resources we have for a customization like this, but do not have much else beyond this.
If you are looking for help we have this list of people that might help you:

MemberHi,
Yeah there is a plugin, but it really needs to be in core for us to support it so after it is fully baked in with WordPress 4.5 we can do that.
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks

MemberOh OK,
What language is this. So I can test in it on this and see what I find out.
Or was this a custom translation you did for your site?
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk Sounds good, I did not test in the Month View so maybe there is needs to be modified.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. We do not support rss as an import nor the REST API until after it is part of core WordPress.
You might be able to use a snippet and the iCal Importer to grab events from a site.
You could use this snippet to create an iCal file to get all events for the next year from today.
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/2b1af6527b7029eaea6e
Then using the iCal importer you could import them to another site.
It is a manual process to do though.
That is about as close as we have right now.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
We do not have any features that connect to Ticket Tailor.
If you can embed their coding into an event you might be able to use them that way. Otherwise, we do not have any help for this.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins and for the interest in updating.
We do not have a direct feature to sync events between different installs of the calendar.
You might be able to use a snippet and the iCal Importer to grab events from a central calendar.
You could use this snippet to create an iCal file to get all events for the next year from today.
