MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having here. I can help out.
I looked at the video and see what you mean, but it is hard to say what the issue is without seeing it myself.
Do you have a link you can provide so I can take a look?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
The themer’s guide is correct. The list directory is for the List View.
You want to follow the Single Event View:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/#views-templates
But glad you did figure it out.
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales and translation forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Thanks again!

MemberHi,
Try using this snippet instead of that one:
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/a467b28a8b8010d4015b
Change the category array here with your category slugs:
array('tech')ad multiple like this:
array('tech','concert')I tested this snippet on my test site and it work for me during AJAX calls as well.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks
Brian
MemberGreat glad it is working.

MemberOk thanks. I see what you mean.
So you have coding in place to remove a category of events from the month view and then when you use ajax it is adding that category back correct?
And you are using the snippet from guide then too:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/hide-category-from-calendar-views/
Let me know.
Thanks
November 9, 2015 at 9:31 am in reply to: All-day, multi-day event ends on the following day #1023301Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
So it appears when it shows the times for the event it says it ends on the 13th although it should be the 12th.
I tested on my site and it appears there is a bug here causing this.
However, I did change the end of day cuttoff to midnight and it resolved the issue for me.
Can you try one more time to save that end of day cuttoff to midnight and see if that helps temporary.
Let me know.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
To move around the venue fields we have the themer’s guide to help with that:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Beyond that we are limited in supported customizations, but I can try to answer a question or two in the premium forums.
As this is the Pre-Sales Forum that is about all the information I can provide here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I can help answer your questions.
We do not have shortcodes for the main views of Photo, Month, List, etc so it is not possible to embed it in another page unfortunately.
To modify the templates we have the themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
To move and edit the event templates in your theme.
Beyond helping you get started on a customization I am not able to provide much coding on making all the changes you would like.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We have these shortcodes in Pro for our widgets including the MiniCalenar:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
We do not have any shortcodes for the main views of Month, List, Map, etc…
Also, we cannnot provide compatibility support for amr-shortcode-any-widget or the Insert Pages plugin so it is possible they could work, but we cannot say for sure.
We do have a 30 refund policy outlined here:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the delay in getting to you.
Do you have a link where this is happening?
I am unable reproduce using the latest versions on my test site.
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
On my test site I downgraded to 3.12.3 for Core, Community Events to 3.12, and Filter Bar remained at 3.12.1.
Community Events should also be downgraded to 3.12 and the 3.12.1 update is only needed for Community Tickets.
After the downgrade I was able to get filters to work again.
Can you confirm the staging site cleared all the javascript caches and is using the 3.12.3 scripts.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the information.
It is not out plugin that has that feature so I cannot help troubleshoot it unfortunately.
Can you provide your system information in a private reply:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
I can at least try to figure out the plugin that is doing it from that information and they might be able to help then.
Thanks
Brian
MemberSorry, but changing the coding is the only way possible as the Names come from PHP itself.
So if you do not want to change the coding then unfortunately, there is no way to do this.
Thanks
