MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:

Thanks again!

MemberHi,
So in 4.0 we changed how we did structured data for the single events and the widgets.
For the widgets we removed the hcalendar and for single events we went to JSON-LD format.
So for some of the links they may have customizations and some may be using older versions.
I tested on my test site with the base plugin, no customizations, in Genesis theme, and get no structured data warnings.
On your site it maybe caused because the venue information is outside the hentry wrap and in the sidebar instead.
I also do not see the JSON-LD information for the latest version.
Both that and because there is a sidebar, which we do not include in our plugin, means there is some kind of custom functions maybe from the parent theme or a plugin causing this issue.
Beyond that I have been unable to find an issue with our default settings.

MemberThat should work fine. I do not have any information that would say it would not.

MemberWe do not have recommendations for a redirect plugin. Those plugins can break any site if not used correctly. It would be trial and error not matter which plugin you used for them to work right.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
You do not need Pro for The Eventbrite Tickets to work. It does require the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Which relates to your second point, please try The Events Calendar first with your theme, if it works then Eventbrite Tickets will work as that is what is used to display the Eventbrite Ticket’s Events.
The license is not required for the plugin to work, just for the automatic updates. But we have this guide to moving it:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

We do not have a feature to do this yet.
We are developing it and hope to release it soon, but I do not have an exact timeline.
It maybe included in 4.1 so please check when that is released. (hopefully within the next 2 months, but no official date)
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
We only have the E-Tickets and do not have a feature to create pdfs with them.
It might be possible to create them with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
If this is a deal breaker you can follow our refund policy outlined here:
And we can take care of it. Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I looked at your site and see this script error, which looks to be causing the issue:
TypeError: sliderStaff.reloadSlider is not a function
sliderStaff.reloadSlider()See if you can fix that and then if the Next Events Links work correctly.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales or translation forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Thanks again!
