    Hi,

Thanks for purchasing Pro. I can help out here.

So we are limited in helping on customizations, but try to help get you started on them or provide some css or small coding here or there.

Before I get to that a good resource to look at for all the templates is the Themer’s guide, which shows you how to move and edit templates in your theme:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

Anyway, do you have a link you can provide in a private reply and I will take a look and see if I can come up with something.

Also, since this is the pre-sales forum it is a good idea for any other issues to create a new thread in the customer forums.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

Unfortunately, we only offer the yearly licenses and have no plans to add a lifetime license.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using the Events Calendar.

Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

    Event Tickets and Registration

    Thanks again!

    Hi cbzen,

This is the first I have seen the second issue reported.

Please create your own thread so we can help out on that issue one on one.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I am still seeing these errors in the console:

You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors…._.dd=this;Aa=”closure_uid_”+(1E9*Math.random()>>>0);Ba=0;var lb,mb;_.I={};lb=”un…js?sensor=false (line 87)

    TypeError: a is null….height=b.height+b.W};_.Cf=function(a){return new _.N(a.offsetWidth,a.offsetHeig…js?sensor=false (line 72, col 458)

Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

And see if that can narrow down the cause of these errors.

If it turns out to be a plugin you do not need on that page you could try using the Plugin Logic to disable other plugins on the event views and single templates:

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I took a look at your site and it appears you are using an older version of the plugin.

This issue is fixed in the current release of 4.0.5.

You can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and follow these steps to manual update if you have not setup automatic updates for Pro:

    Manual Updates

Both Pro and The Events Calendar should be updated to 4.0.x

    Cheers

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

For the Pro version widgets, will I be able to select a specific category?

Yes, you can select one or more categories and require an event to have all or any of the categories to show.

The Event List Widget has the most ways to change the output per widget:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-the-list-widget/

There is also the Mini Calendar and This Week Widget too:

    Events Calendar Widget Settings

Configuring the Events By Week Widget

And we have these resources for the shortcode versions of the widgets:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/

And even more resources in this search for widgets in our KB

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

    1. Organisers could be linked to a dance-category

It could be possible, but would involve a customization, which is beyond the support we can provide.

    2. Venues could be linked to a location-category

Again, same as above, with customizations done following our themer’s guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

Is it possible to upload automatically from Facebook, and provide my clients to improve the automated events manually?

If you want to use Community Events and organizer only has access to events to make changes if they submitted the event or is made the author of the event in the admin. They would not have direct access to the event imported from Facebook. There is no feature to automate that process, but it could be done with a customization.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

In Event Tickets plus we put how many tickets are available from the stock under each ticket.

As for your second point we do not support tickets with individual recurring events and do not have a way around that beyond what you are doing. It is something we are working to develop, but have not been able to allocate any resources to it yet.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

Pro would follow the same format that the free plugin follows so it would not change.

For now the plugin assumes one date format for all languages.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
