Refund events calendar pro and filter bar

Hi,

I just purchased the events calendar pro plugin and the filter bar for a project. It doesn’t seem to be compatible with the theme i use and the filter bar doesn’t match my clients need. Besides that customizing the plugin is quite difficult. I asked a question on the forum last week but still didn’t receive a reply. I will have to figure out a different way to build my site without these plugins. Is it therefore possible to get a refund?
