Hello, I have Event Ticket plus and have spotted a big problem with the e-Tickets.
The E -ticket that the customer receives can easily be changed on their mail software by simply forwarding the email and editing the details. This is a big problem as they can change the number of tickets bought very simply. We are selling group tickets – i.e groups of 3, 5 and 10.
I am aware that we can check the details off at the door using the spreadsheet we have, but we have 400 visitors and need to get them in quickly. Also we don’t really want to start arguing with people at the door accusing them of fraud.
Is there away for this to be fixed so that it is a pdf for instance?
