You’ve pretty much got two options:
1. Create a “Teenager” ticket that’s at a lower price.
2. Offer a coupon that teenagers to use at checkout to get their discount.Do you think either of those would solve the issue?

Once you’re back up and running and have a test site available, please start a new thread where we can walk through troubleshooting with you.
For now, since it’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve heard from the original poster, I’m going to close this thread. kizzinkwocha, please feel free to open a new one if you choose to pursue this further.

Which plugins did you upgrade? Did you have a chance to try with only our plugins activated and using the default Twenty Twelve theme? If so, I’d like to hear what the results were.

ParticipantHi, Jesse! It’s great to hear from you. 🙂 That does sound like a bit of a puzzle.
First, I’d check to be sure that the little radio buttons to display tickets and leave the event associated with Eventbrite are set for “yes”. It should look something like this: http://d.pr/i/r4de
If those are both set correctly, then I would suggest trying to re-import the event to see if you can display the ticket iFrame on another Event page.

ParticipantHi, Nicholas. I’m sorry that the customization is tricky. You are right that it can be quite cumbersome at times. Unfortunately, we haven’t found a good way to create something simpler that works for everyone.
I’m very happy to hear that you’re finding the ticket integration and PRO easy to work with. The Colors plugin is also a great tool, as are Andy’s other plugins (located here, in case you haven’t run across them yet: http://profiles.wordpress.org/afragen/)

I’m having a little trouble envisioning exactly what you’re after here. Would you mind explaining precisely what you want the end result to look like?
I can’t promise anything, but we could perhaps then give you an example or a starting point, but please bear in mind that this is ultimately a customization that we can offer only very limited support for.

It looks like it is an issue with your theme, unfortunately. Would it be possible for you to share it with us? If you could put it somewhere we could download it from, that would be ideal.
