ParticipantHi, Lyne. That’s a great question. Let us look into it and get back to you. In the meantime, if you could post your system info (located in the Help tab under Eventbrite Settings) that would be very useful.
memeco and onceblindstudios, it sounds like you’re having discrete issues. Please open separate threads so that we can help you troubleshoot.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, summerama. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with downloading the files.
Is this where you’re trying to pull them from?

ParticipantThat’s great news, Mathieu! Thanks for letting us know.
I’ll close this thread for now, but if anything else comes up, feel free to start a new one. 🙂

ParticipantHi, Jonathan. We’re really doing our best. I apologize that the forum is defeating our attempts.
You should have an email waiting for you with the info you couldn’t see. Please confirm that you receive it and let us know how the fix works for you! 🙂
Kelly
ParticipantNo problem. Have you tried adding the “Fix for Overridden Static Front Page” under the Useful Code Snippets in the right sidebar?

ParticipantHi, Bill. Great idea!
We prioritize feature requests based on the response they receive in our User Voice forum: https://tribe.uservoice.com/ If you have a chance to suggest it there, we’d be most grateful.
Also, if you’re talking about functionality in the Community Events Add-on, you may want to try that forum for advice specifically relating to that product.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, yorkshiretots. Great question!
I would recommend that you wait for the upcoming maintenance release which is due out any time now. After that, if you’re still having the issue, we can troubleshoot further to see what’s what.
Sorry you’re having trouble!

ParticipantHi, islandjim. Great question!
I tried to check out your site to see what’s going on, but it just redirects to Google.
At a guess, it sounds like your theme is mucking with the CSS. Do you have the same issue when you revert to a default WP theme like Twenty Twelve? If so, I’d suggest getting in touch with your theme’s developer and asking for a snippet to fix it up.
Best of luck!

ParticipantHi, larathomason. This is a great question.
First, you’ll need to install and activate the Events Calendar PRO plugin for the Downloads area of this site: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Once you’ve got it running on your site, if you select Events in the left sidebar of the Admin screens, you’ll see the Settings menu: http://d.pr/i/ya5M
Then, you should see a tab toward the right which reads “Licenses”: http://d.pr/i/QP3B
That tab only appears after you’ve already installed on of our add-ons, so I’m guessing that’s where the confusion is happening.
Let me know if that works! 🙂

ParticipantHi, cjvezeau. Great question!
Thanks for giving us the site login. That made troubleshooting much easier!
It looks like you had inadvertently deactivated the main The Events Calendar plugin. I’ve activated it now. Does that fix your issue?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, BW. I’ve just responded to your other thread about this same issue, so I’ll go ahead and close this one to keep things from getting confusing.
If another, separate issue comes up, please feel free to start a fresh thread to discuss it. Thanks!

ParticipantHi, BW. This is a great question.
The WooCommerce Tickets add-on is designed to be a simple way to interface between The Events Calendar and WooCommerce. Unfortunately, as such, variable pricing from the same stock is not designed into the plugin.
I’ll bet that the WooNinjas could give you some help getting this working, though. Have you had a chance to get in touch with them about it?

ParticipantHi, Gordon. This is a great question. There are a couple of things to try.
Please make sure you first upgrade The Events Calendar (free version) before attempting to upgrade any add-ons. If you attempt to update add-ons first, you can get unexpected behaviors.
Second, if you’re having trouble getting the automatic updates to trigger, you can download the zip file for them from this site here: https://theeventscalendar.com/downloads/ Then, you’ll need to rename the existing add-on folder before attempting to update through the WP Admin interface.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantNo problem, Gerald. Thanks for getting in touch. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help! 🙂

ParticipantHi, Rafi. This is a great question!
Please try adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file:
http://pastebin.com/8KP72R5JAlso, in case you’re unfamiliar, we recommend using a child theme so that modifications aren’t overwritten if you update your theme. You can find out more about Child Themes here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes#Using_functions.php
Let me know how that works for you!
