ParticipantHi, Erin. Thanks for the detailed instructions. I definitely see what you mean.
Is the behavior the same when you are running the Twenty Twelve theme?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, claudiopomo. That does sound really frustrating.
Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the Eventbrite section of your event setup page, as well as a link to the Event on Eventbrite?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, liblogger. Thanks for bringing up this issue that you’re seeing.
While I’m able to see it on your site, I’m not able to see it on mine (running Twenty Twelve with only TEC 3.2, ECP 3.2, and WPEC 3.8.12.1 activated). I also notice that when I go to another page on the calendar on your site and then go back using the browser’s back button, the events appear as they should.
Is it possible there’s something else going on here?
I would encourage you to try again with that setup and test it out. Please let us know how it goes! ๐

ParticipantThat’s great news, cjvezeau! ๐ Well done!
The new version was released last night! Feel free to update the plugins when you’ve have a chance to backup the site and try updating.
It’s also a good idea to remove old snippets (related to bugs) from your functions.php after they’ve been resolved by the production release. Thanks for bringing that up!
Would you like me to leave this ticket open until you have a chance to update to 3.2?
Kelly
ParticipantFantastic! Thanks for letting us know, memeco. ๐

ParticipantHi, yorkshiretots. I’m able to see your recurring events when navigating between months.
Can you be specific about what you’re using as your test for this and which events are disappearing?

ParticipantHi, mickdaly. That’s a great question!
Your site seems to work great on my iPad3 running iOS 6.x. Is it just one iPad that it’s happening on, or is it reproducible on multiple devices?

ParticipantHi, onceblindstudios. That is a bit of a bind.
I’m afraid that until you can check for conflicts, it will be difficult for us to help you troubleshoot.
Until you can do some testing, your best bet is probably to try downgrading to 3.1 and see if that gets you back in business:
Restore your plugin to whatever version you had previously by deactivating The Events Calendar plugin and add-ons and installing your previous version. You can get previous versions of The Events Calendar here: http://bit.ly/13LO7ji. Please download the premium add-ons you need from your accountโs download page: https://theeventscalendar.com/downloads/

ParticipantWell done getting to the bottom of things, marcustrapp. That is a tricky one!
Thanks for letting us know!

ParticipantHi, cvaughn. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with updating. We’ll do our best to get you on your way quickly.
I apologize that the automatic update process is giving you trouble. You can download any of our plugins from your account downloads page here: https://theeventscalendar.com/downloads/
Bear in mind that before uploading them to your site through the admin plugin interface, you’ll need to rename the plugin folder on your server–WordPress will not overwrite folders of the same name.
Please let us know how it goes! ๐
Kelly
ParticipantHi, memeco. You’re very close, so don’t despair! ๐
The next step is that you need to rename the old (3.1) Events Calendar Pro folder on your server so that you can upload the new one. WP will not overwrite folders, so that’s what’s getting in your way.
Please let us know if that gets you back in business!

ParticipantHi, larathomason. You don’t need to delete anything. The Events Calendar PRO plugin is actually an add-on to The Events Calendar plugin. You need to have both installed for it to work.
Does that make sense?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Lyne. Here’s a screenshot of what you’re looking for:
There may be more tabs depending on which add-ons you have enabled. Thanks!

ParticipantNo problem, sazzybee. That’s what we’re here for!
In that case though, you may be more comfortable hiring a freelancer or developer to build out the solution you’re looking for. With this function, it shouldn’t be too difficult.
Let me know if you’d like a list of suggestions! ๐

ParticipantHi, claudiopomo. Great question!
Have you had a chance to check out the Eventbrite Tickets New User Primer?
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/eventbrite-tickets-new-user-primer/
That takes you through the process step by step.
