I’ve installed “The Events Calendar” and “The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets”. I’ve create an event but I can’t see box for buying tickets!
November 7, 2013 at 8:23 am #75136KellyParticipantHi, claudiopomo. Great question!
Have you had a chance to check out the Eventbrite Tickets New User Primer?
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/eventbrite-tickets-new-user-primer/
That takes you through the process step by step.
November 7, 2013 at 11:47 am #75199claudiopomoParticipantHi Kelly, I’ve just followed this istructions, but as you can see there: http://presaperilcubo.it/blog/?p=33 the ticket box isn’t showing! I can’t understand where is the problem
November 7, 2013 at 12:29 pm #75219KellyParticipantHi, claudiopomo. That does sound really frustrating.
Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the Eventbrite section of your event setup page, as well as a link to the Event on Eventbrite?
November 7, 2013 at 1:04 pm #75227claudiopomoParticipantThis is the link of my event https://www.eventbrite.it/event/9221350307
And this is screenshots

Did you try to set up the event by doing an import of the existing Eventbrite event or by creating it from the Events Calendar page?
November 7, 2013 at 1:37 pm #75237justinParticipantI am having the same issue. Buy tickets was working fine until I updated the plugin today. I have confirmed that display buy tickets is selected on all the events in the admin. This is a huge problem as we are unable to sell tickets to these events that are taking place in 2 days.

November 7, 2013 at 1:58 pm #75243KellyParticipantHi, claudiopomo. Thanks for the screenshots.
It looks like you don’t have any tickets available in the inventory. If you increase the number of tickets available, does that make the ticket box appear?
November 7, 2013 at 2:30 pm #75251claudiopomoParticipantI can’t set it! When I create event on eventbrite or into plug-in I set max quantity to 100 but in my setting options, into event plugin, I see always 0. My account is on eventbrite.it domain, may be this cause of my troubles?
November 7, 2013 at 3:16 pm #75266Natalia NeiraParticipantHi,
I think I am having the same problem. I use to have the ticket box, but I recently updated to the 3.2. versions of the calendar, eventbrite and calendar pro and the ticket box disappeared. Our account with eventbrite is with the .comNovember 7, 2013 at 3:22 pm #75270KellyParticipantHi, nicolapenacultural. I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues. Please start a new thread so that we can better assist you. Thanks! 🙂
November 7, 2013 at 3:27 pm #75273KellyParticipantHi, Claudio. 2 things: First, please try adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file:
http://pastebin.com/zJaRvaatIn case you’re unfamiliar, we recommend using a child theme so that modifications aren’t overwritten if you update your theme. You can find out more about Child Themes here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes#Using_functions.php
Second, does it make a difference if you modify the number of tickets available on the Eventbrite.it site?
November 8, 2013 at 12:29 am #75332claudiopomoParticipantunfortunately still no improvement! 100 tickets are available on the site but in the backend of the plugin are not detected
November 8, 2013 at 1:11 am #75340claudiopomoParticipantI’ve downgrade to 3.1 and now I see 100 tickets available in backend, but on my site I can’t see ticket box
