    I am having issues with the Event Calendar on my site. I uploaded the new version 3.2, but my slider with the featured articles on the home page was not loading. I deactivated the 3 plug ins(Events, pro & community)and there it was. I tried to upload the old version but it did not work. I am trying to see where I can upload 3.1 Events Calendar on your site.

    Get this- if I click on Events Calendar ( the 2nd one in the drop down menu) my slider appears???

    So with the new update, I don’t see the articles on the slider nor can see my events by clicking the Event calendar ( the 2nd one in the drop down menu). When I click, it just stays on the home page.

    I am not quite sure what to do? How can I go back to 3.1 for all 3 pro, community events and calendar and without losing any events?

    They are deactivated now, so I followers can see the slider.

    Yes, I am having issues updating it too. It says it cannot download the new plugin: http://d.pr/i/5pUj

    I managed to download the new zip, but I cannot install because it says the destination folder already exists: http://d.pr/i/Z7e1

    What to do??

    I also had issues…I just did the plugin update and it shut my whole site down. Help?

    Hi, Lyne. That’s a great question. Let us look into it and get back to you. In the meantime, if you could post your system info (located in the Help tab under Eventbrite Settings) that would be very useful.

    memeco and onceblindstudios, it sounds like you’re having discrete issues. Please open separate threads so that we can help you troubleshoot.

    Is it possible to write how to reinstall 3.1 version for the calendar, Calendar pro and community events so that I can at least have a calendar on the site. I had to deactivate all 3. Many thanks.

    Hi, Lyne. Upon further review, it looks like this is part of a bug that made it out the door in our 3.2 release. Our dev team is investigating, and I’ll get back to you when I have something to report.

    In the meantime, you are welcome to revert to the 3.1 versions of the plugins. You can download the premium plugs from your account downloads page on our site here and the free version of TEC on the WordPress.org repo. Remember that you’ll need to rename or delete the existing plugin directories on your server before installing the replacements as the WP admin will not overwrite them.

    This appears to be a bug that shipped with our 3.2 release. As a first step, would you mind trying to resolve this by dropping this snippet into your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/jazbek/7442734 (You’ll probably need to remove the opening PHP tag.)

    Let us know if that does the trick! 🙂
