ParticipantGlad to hear that Barry solution worked for you. Thanks for letting us know! 🙂

ParticipantHi, nicolapenacultural. That is indeed surprising.
Have you tried changing your theme to a WP default like Twenty Twelve and deactivating all plugins?
If you would include your System Info, located under the Help tab in The Events Calendar Settings, that would be most helpful.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantThat’s great news, jddvette. Well done!
Since you’re set for now, I’ll close this thread. Enjoy using the plugin!

ParticipantNo problem, mickdaly. All’s well that ends well!
I’ll go ahead and close this thread. If anything else comes up, please let us know!

ParticipantHi, Claudio. 2 things: First, please try adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file:
http://pastebin.com/zJaRvaatIn case you’re unfamiliar, we recommend using a child theme so that modifications aren’t overwritten if you update your theme. You can find out more about Child Themes here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes#Using_functions.php
Second, does it make a difference if you modify the number of tickets available on the Eventbrite.it site?

ParticipantHi, nicolapenacultural. I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues. Please start a new thread so that we can better assist you. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantHi, Justin. Since there’s time pressure, it might be a good idea to downgrade the plugins by installing the 3.1 versions for the time being. We can work on troubleshooting after your event has passed.
You can obtain historic versions of our plugins from the downloads page (https://tri.be/downloads/) (and directly from our wordpress.org repo for the core plugin – http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/) if you want to go down that path.
If you’d prefer to troubleshoot now, just let me know.
Thanks!

ParticipantI would get in touch with the developer directly as each caching plugin is different and the steps for removing it would be unique to its function.
Sorry I can’t help walk you through it!

ParticipantHi, jddvette. Welcome to the Modern Tribe community! 🙂
This is a great question. Were you following the Eventbrite Tickets new user primer here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/eventbrite-tickets-new-user-primer/
If so, where did things stop working as shown?
Kelly
ParticipantGreat job figuring that out, cvaughn. Thanks for letting us know you got to the bottom of it! 🙂

ParticipantHi, yorkshiretots. Thanks for posting that.
I’m wondering if this might be caused by your caching plugin, WP Super Cache version 1.4 by Donncha O Caoimh(http://ocaoimh.ie/). The way some of these types of plugins work, often deactivating alone won’t stop them from affecting your site.
Would you mind going to the plugin developer’s site and going through the process to completely remove the plugin, and then trying again?
Sorry this is so much trouble!

ParticipantHi, claudiopomo. Thanks for the screenshots.
It looks like you don’t have any tickets available in the inventory. If you increase the number of tickets available, does that make the ticket box appear?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, claudiopomo. Thanks for the screenshots. I should have been more clear. I was actually hoping to see the screenshots of the backend Events Calendar event setup page.
Did you try to set up the event by doing an import of the existing Eventbrite event or by creating it from the Events Calendar page?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, yorkshirtots. I definitely see it there still.
Let me see if I can get some help from a developer to investigate. For now, you can go ahead and revert to your normal settings.
Also, in the mean time, would you mind posting your System Information, found in the Help tab of the Events Calendar Settings page?
Thanks!
