ParticipantI am having the same issue. Buy tickets was working fine until I updated the plugin today. I have confirmed that display buy tickets is selected on all the events in the admin. This is a huge problem as we are unable to sell tickets to these events that are taking place in 2 days.

ParticipantHi, Justin. Since there’s time pressure, it might be a good idea to downgrade the plugins by installing the 3.1 versions for the time being. We can work on troubleshooting after your event has passed.
You can obtain historic versions of our plugins from the downloads page (https://tri.be/downloads/) (and directly from our wordpress.org repo for the core plugin – http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/) if you want to go down that path.
If you’d prefer to troubleshoot now, just let me know.
Thanks!

ParticipantI have downgraded the event brite tickets plugin to 3.1. I only see 3.2 on the plugins page on wordpress.org. Where can I get 3.1 of the events calendar?

MemberHi justin,
As I noted in the other thread, we have just pushed a hotfix for this problem. Please try downloading Eventbrite Tickets 3.2.1 and updating back to The Events Calendar 3.2. That should get everything running smoothly again. If you do still experience problems, please let us know in the thread at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/buy-ticket-not-showing/. Thank you for your patience!
Best,

ParticipantHi, Justin. I just noticed that we had inadvertently closed this thread before you had a chance to respond. Oops! 🙂
Have you taken the time to update the plugin to v 3.2.1? If you haven’t, I would encourage you to as there are significant improvements to the Eventbrite API.
After updating, we’d appreciate it if you’d let us know how it went. Thanks!

ParticipantHi, again! I now see that you confirmed that the update fixed your issue in a different thread. In that case, I’ll close this one again. Please let us know if anything else comes up! 🙂
