Eventbrite ticket download link not working properly.

Hi- I’ve just downloaded & installed the event calendar pro successfully and then realised that I actually need the Eventbrite tickets add on. I’ve now paid for the Eventbrite tickets and have been issued a licence key but when I try to click on the link to download it, the link doesn’t seem to work properly and it won’t download. Can you please send me the files separately.
