November 12, 2013 at 4:51 pm in reply to: After the update (3.2) the tag-cloud no longer works. #75965

ParticipantHi, folks. I’m so sorry for the delayed response. In our rush to work on a solution, we failed to get back to you to let you know that we heard your bug report and are working to get a resolution for you.
Please rest assured that this is absolutely a significant issue for us, and we’re looking to provide a workaround or release a hotfix as needed – our lead developer is looking into the matter and we’ll have a reply when we’ve got something substantive to report.
We appreciate everyone’s patience so far and will be back in touch soon!
November 12, 2013 at 4:30 pm in reply to: Large SEO bug in 3.2 – Event title not showing up in the page's title tag #75959Kelly
ParticipantHi, folks. Thank you for your error reports. We’re checking them out, and will be back in touch when there’s more info to share.
Thanks so much for your patience!

ParticipantHi, Lyne. Upon further review, it looks like this is part of a bug that made it out the door in our 3.2 release. Our dev team is investigating, and I’ll get back to you when I have something to report.
In the meantime, you are welcome to revert to the 3.1 versions of the plugins. You can download the premium plugs from your account downloads page on our site here and the free version of TEC on the WordPress.org repo. Remember that you’ll need to rename or delete the existing plugin directories on your server before installing the replacements as the WP admin will not overwrite them.
Let us know how it goes!

ParticipantHi, Laura. This is a great question! 🙂
Would you mind clarifying, are you using the CSV import feature in the Events Calendar?
November 12, 2013 at 4:18 pm in reply to: Help! I have Events Calendar PRO version and my events disappeared upon update #75952Kelly
ParticipantHi, cncwebmaster. Great work!
Deleting the existing folder is exactly the thing to do in this situation. All your events should be safe in the database.
Please let me know if there’s anything else we can do to help! 🙂

ParticipantHi, mastafu and yvrmark. Thank for your reports of this.
I apologize for the delay in replying. Please remember that we generally have a 24 hour response time and because of the long weekend here in the US, today is the first workday since Friday.
That said, we’re doing our best to get to the bottom of this. I will update the thread when we have a solution for you to try.
Thanks for your patience!

ParticipantHi, queensevents. This is a great question! 🙂
Have you had a chance to try this with a default WP theme and all other plugins deactivated? Usually this sort of behavior is related to a theme conflict.
After you try that, please post your System Information, located on the Help tab of the Events Calendar Settings page.
essexlibraryassociation, if you’d like us to help you troubleshoot, please start a new thread. That way we can best assist both of you in the case of a different issue resulting in similar symptoms.
Thanks!
November 12, 2013 at 4:06 pm in reply to: Switching from November -> December -> November = missing event on November #75946Kelly
ParticipantHi, infosws. Great question!
Have you had a chance to go through our troubleshooting steps yet? If not, please take a moment to ensure that you’re on the latest version of our plugins (typically 3.2), and test with one of the WP default themes like Twenty Twelve with all other plugins deactivated.
If the issue still presists, please reply with your System Imformation, located on the Help tab of the Events Calendar Settings page.
Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantIt sounds like your best bet is to get in touch with WooThemes then.
Best of luck! 🙂
Kelly
ParticipantThat’s great news. Thanks for letting us know, Justin!
November 12, 2013 at 3:58 pm in reply to: How to access Ticket Start and End Dates in my Theme #75942Kelly
ParticipantHi, quantumdynamix. This is a great question! 🙂
I guess, you’d basically need to work backwards, i.e. get the product(s) associated with the event, then pull the ticket start/end sale dates from there. The first part could be done with Woot! (http://wordpress.org/plugins/woot-library/) using woot_get_tickets( false ) and the second bit by looping through the array and checking the post meta date for the start/end sale dates.
That’s kind of technical/high level, but hopefully, that gets you pointed in the right direction as you investigate further. Admittedly, this is a bit outside the scope of support that we can provide here on the forums, but we’d like to make sure that you don’t get stuck along the way. 🙂
Hope that helps!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, James. This is a great question! 🙂
You’ll be able to find the numeric Event ID buried in the code for the webpage if you search for “eid”. We’re not able to import based on the pretty links.
November 12, 2013 at 2:47 pm in reply to: Google maps not showing despite complete address entered #75914Kelly
ParticipantHi, luckywebs. This is a great question! 🙂
I definitely see the behavior you’re referencing. I’d like to confirm with you that the map image did not appear when changing to 2011 theme. Is that correct?
Please do me a favor and update your copy of Eventbrite Tickets to 3.2.1 and then paste the complete System Information from the Help tab of the Event Calendar Settings screen into a reply here.
I’m going to get in touch with our developers and see if they have any ideas what’s going on.
November 12, 2013 at 2:33 pm in reply to: Single quotes causes importing of Eventbrite events to fail. #75908Kelly
ParticipantHi, randomtype. I wanted to check in as it’s been several days since the latest release launched.
Have you had a chance to check out 3.2.1? If so, did that resolve your issues? 🙂
Kelly
ParticipantHi, monkeeboy. It looks like there hasn’t been a change with the latest plugin because of a limitation on the Eventbrite API.
If you have a chance to get in touch with the Eventbrite support folks about it, we’d love to hear what their response is.
Thanks!
