ParticipantHi, Charlene. Have you heard anything back from the theme creator? If not, it would be better (for you) if we could close this thread and have you open a new one once you have questions for us. Otherwise, your thread may get lost in the shuffle.

We have had several reports of this behavior since the launch of 3.2 and are actively working on a solution. We’ll let you know as soon as we have something for you to try.
