MemberHow are you getting on here – are we good to close this/do you need any further help?

MemberI’ll go ahead and close this since there hasn’t been any follow-up in quite a while – of course feel free to create new threads as needed.

MemberThat would indeed explain it – glad you’re on track 🙂

MemberIt sounds as if a change you made to your custom events/single.php template is causing a problem (nowhere in the default single events template is add_to_cart_wooticket_btns() called/used) – which would explain why switching to a theme where the same template has not be overriden with the same file would work.
Is this a customization you made by yourself / are you in contact with whomever set up your custom events templates and can you seek help from them, or else restore the original?
Barry
MemberOK – thanks for your patience.
So if I understand correctly you want event pages to also have a search box and potentially to have a subtitle, too.
Following from my earlier post, can you change your custom ecp-page-template.php to this?

MemberGreat – I’ll close this thread since a fix (as of the next release) is imminent. If any other problems crop up please do go ahead and create new threads as needed 🙂

MemberSince Community Events became available I don’t believe we support that tutorial anymore, but have kept it in place as a reference and useful starting point for people who want to dip into code and integrate both plugins.
So I can understand your desire to use Gravity Forms over Community Events, but the work in bridging the two is really something you’ll need to undertake by yourself (or engage a developer/designer to assist you).
We can definitely leave this open and see if other members of the community can assist, though, and you may also find useful snippets and advice around the forum.
Sorry we can’t do more!

MemberHi Miles,
Normally you shouldn’t need to comment out those lines of code though you certainly can if you wish to circumvent various settings.
Generally speaking though if maps are enabled in Events > Settings > General: (Enable Google Maps) and you have also enabled the Show Google Map setting for the event in question then the map will display as expected.

MemberYou can certainly request a refund: can you email my colleague Leah ([email protected]) and she’ll take things from here?
Please include a link to this thread and a brief summary of the problem – and of course if you wish instead to continue troubleshooting simply come back and update this thread to that effect and we’ll continue 🙂
Thanks!
Barry
MemberCan you confirm what the problem is as you see it (with the subtitles) and what the desirable behaviour is?
I’m also unfamiliar with German which makes it difficult for me to navigate to the events pages … if you could point me in the direction of the relevant URL that would be great (you can use our private reply feature to post it if you prefer).
Thanks!

MemberNo problem, hope you get on track with this. Since based on what you’ve told me I don’t think there are any more issues stemming from The Events Calendar itself I’ll go ahead and mark this closed, but please feel free to create new threads as needed for any further issues.

MemberHi Gordon,
I’m not sure what to suggest here: WooTickets and even WooCommerce itself – so far as I know – can exercise no control over your ability or that of a customer to log in to a PayPal account.
If you create a regular WooCommerce product, independently of WooTickets, does the same problem occur?
June 13, 2013 at 7:20 pm in reply to: Tickets not showing up under Tickets category on Shop page #51297Barry
MemberSo I’ll close this as the primary (WooTickets-related) issue seems to be solved – if you have any other issues, such as event start/end dates not showing in the admin-side list of events then please do create a new ticket over in our PRO forum and Jonah or I will be happy to help.
