    This is the first use of Woo tickets. I tried to order a ticket through Pay Pal, using my personal account, not the account which receives payments for the ticket sales. I am getting a password or email error message, yet I am certain I am using the correct information, and have used this to successfully login to my Paypal acccount directly.
    Also, if I choose to pay by credit card instead of Paypal, I am forced to create a Paypal account anyway. In the past I have found that you could use Paypal to process regular credit card orders without having (or using) a PP account. I realize that both of these issues are in theory Paypal issues, but in the first case, my Paypal login works, just not when using Woo tickets.

    (more from original submitter) I have also now tested this with another Paypal account I have, and with the same result. It does not accept an email/password that I am absolutely certain is correct.

    Hi Gordon,

    I’m not sure what to suggest here: WooTickets and even WooCommerce itself – so far as I know – can exercise no control over your ability or that of a customer to log in to a PayPal account.

    If you create a regular WooCommerce product, independently of WooTickets, does the same problem occur?

    This is issue is resolved – I had checked the Sandbox function, which was causing the problem.
