No problem – it does however sound like something that is happening independently of WooCommerce Tickets, however, so the best place to seek further support is probably going to be across on the WooCommerce site itself on this occasion.

I can’t see your paste, unfortunately – you seem to have marked it as private.

Sorry for the confusion – there is a bug in our existing support tools that causes issues with private replies. Let me re-post:

I’m sorry I missed that first time, but thanks for clarifying (in Firefox, for whatever reason, this is not an issue).

I don’t see this same issue on a ‘stock installation’ however so my guess is that there is a conflict going on here. Can you try these steps:

    • Ensure The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO are up-to-date
    • Deactivate all other plugins
    • Switch to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve
    • Now test to see if the problem remains
    • You could of course run through these steps in a testing environment so long as you can replicate the original problem there, too

If that resolves the issue, reactivate everything one-at-a-time until the problem returns: this should help to confirm if there is indeed a conflict and what in particular is conflicting if so.

    Thanks!

OK –  I wonder if all the coordinates are somehow set to and stuck at 0,0 or if they just haven’t been created: would it be possible for you to export your venue data (via the Tools → Export admin screen) and share the resulting XML file as a private reply (you could upload it to Dropbox, some similar service or even your own WP site).

yes. I have tried deactivating all plugins and it still has the same issue.

Awesome – for the avoidance of any doubt, though, did you also experience this with only a default, unmodified theme running (such as Twenty Twelve)?

I just visited your site a second time and at http://destinyrocklin.tv/?post_type=tribe_events&tribe_events_cat=elevate&eventDisplay=upcoming everything seemed to be in order – has anything else changed recently to resolve this/can you confirm there is still a problem?

I do apologize, there are some quirks with our current set of support tools – but let me re-post:

Hi! I’m sorry you are hitting difficulties here.

I can definitely see the issue on your site, but for whatever reason it isn’t something I’ve been able to replicate locally. Can you indicate if you tried the following troubleshooting steps and what the outcome was if so?

    • Please ensure The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO and Filter Bar are up-to-date
    • Deactivate all other plugins
    • Switch to a default, unmodified theme like Twenty Twelve
    • Test to see if the problem remains

If that resolves this, can you begin reactivating each component and see if anything in particular seems to trigger it?

    Thanks!

OK, so I think you may be facing a quirk of the current all-day event implementation.

If you create an all day event then, behind the scenes, it is still given start and end times – you just don’t see them – and these times are based partly on the end-of-day cutoff setting. If you subsequently adjust the end of time cutoff setting then that can lead to a strange side effect since the start/end times of any all day events you have already created will not automatically be adjusted.

It’s possible that’s what is happening here, in which case the best course of action is to ensure the end-of-day cutoff is set to something that’s appropriate in your case and, once that’s don, edit and re-save any existing all day events that are behaving in this manner.

Does that make sense/help at all?

Are you able to explore triggering WordPress’s cron script (wp-cron.php) without CiviCRM and see if the fatal happens under those circumstances? Once again, you could start with your installation as-is but if you hit problems please progress to doing this with only our plugins and a default theme activated.

Ultimately, I don’t think we’re going to be able to assist if this only happens when the cron task is channelled through this other plugin.

That’s a great idea, but we don’t have any documentation specifically geared toward guiding you through this. If you are purely changing the styling, perhaps you could do this simply by leveraging appropriate CSS classes applied to the body (which will normally include a front-page specific class when you are on the front page)?

If you want to go beyond that and build and use separate templates according to some criteria (like whether or not it is being pulled in to the front page) you could certainly do so, but that’s a little beyond what we can help you with here.
