I’m sorry to hear you are hitting difficulties here.
One thing to note is that The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO must be in synch – right now, that means using The Events Calendar 3.4.1 and Events Calendar PRO 3.4. So it’s possible some problem is cropping up because one has been updated while one is at a much older version.
If something is going wrong with the automated update process, would you be able to try updating manually? You can grab copies of our plugins here and here.
