MemberThanks, that’s appreciated.
So on inspecting your system information it looks like you may have forgotten to follow the setup instructions for Eventbrite Tickets.
Before we go any further can I ask you to review the following post and follow the outlined steps, particularly the section on configuring Eventbrite Tickets?
- theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-eventbrite-tickets
- theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-eb-tickets
Let me know how you get on 🙂

MemberHi! Sorry for not being clearer – if you login to the dashboard/admin environment you should see the Events group within the menu bar that normally displays on the left of the screen.
Within this, you should see a link to the Help screen, something like this:

If you follow that link you should be able to reach the help screen for The Events Calendar. Near the bottom of this screen you should be able to find the system information 🙂
Does that help?

MemberThat’s ok, I think I see what you mean now (in that it is an element of the event editor which is missing). Just so I’m certain, is the following representative of what you are expecting to see?

Are the other expected fields showing above this, such as the start and end date fields? Also, as requested, can you share your system information?
Barry
MemberHi Louise,
I’m sorry you’ve hit up against difficulties. Just to clarify, is this the file you are trying to edit?
the-events-calendar/lang/tribe-events-calendar-nl_NL.po
If so, it does appear to open correctly for me when I test it locally. Is it possible you mistakenly tried opening the .mo file of the same name?

MemberHi northwest,
I’m sorry to hear that you’ve hit up against difficulties.
- When you refer to the Eventbrite “widget”, what do you mean exactly – the ticket form that appears on single event pages?
- Can you link me to an example of an affected event (that is, the single event URL)?
- Would you be able to share your system information by private reply? This can be found at the bottom of the Events → Help screen
Thanks!

MemberHi Youri!
So far as I know we’re still waiting on some additional files as requested by Leah in that other topic. Once we get those we’ll test them and – if all goes well – we’ll roll them into the next suitable release.
If you’re really keen to use them before that point, you can – it looks like Mario posted a publicly accessible .zip of his translated files and I’m sure you’re welcome to use them – however putting them in place on top of the existing release is not something we can help you with here.
The following URL links to lots of useful resources about translations in WordPress and much is applicable to our own plugins – so it could be worth checking it out if you want to give it a try anyway:
make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook
However, if you are at all unsure I’d recommend waiting until the next official update.
Thanks!
