Barry
MemberHi Liz, just checking in to see if you’re on top of this now or if you need any further help? I took a quick look and it seems to be under control.
Barry
MemberHi Don, it’s been a while so I’m going to close this thread. If you need further help on this or any other issue please feel free to create a new one.
Thanks!
February 25, 2013 at 7:48 am in reply to: [BUG] Manually Add attendee doesn't add to event attendees #40858Barry
MemberHi Alan,
We’ve logged this as a bug and hopefully it will be addressed in the next version of WooTickets. I’m afraid we can’t offer up any fixes/patches in the interim on this occassion, though.
February 25, 2013 at 7:45 am in reply to: Disable redirect to Cart page after adding ticket to cart #40857Barry
MemberHi Joe, unfortunately we’re not going to be able to offer up a quick solution on this occasion – but we do have ajax add-to-cart functionality logged as a feature request, so hopefully we’ll have some solid options built in to help you out in a future version.
Right now unfortunately we can’t really offer up anything else.

MemberHi Leslie – just confirming that you received 1.3.3 and are all sorted here?
Barry
MemberHi Eugen. Although when you switched to a default theme a different error occurred, everything else seemed to work correctly.
What I’m unclear on is if this problem happens only with your theme or if another plugin is impacting. When you reactivated everything did you do so one component at a time and if so were you able to isolate the source of the problem to your theme or to a specific plugin?
Barry
MemberOK, and if you reactivate each plugin one at a time? Perhaps you’ll find that the conflict is with just one or two of them?
Barry
MemberHi Nigel.
First thing to do is read up on the following (if you are unfamiliar with themeing The Events Calendar):
Basically, though, if you copy events.css from:
wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/resources/events.css
And place it in:
wp-content/themes/{YOUR-THEME}/events/events.cssThat copy will be used in preference to the one bundled with our plugin. You can then remove/change the rules to fit your exact requirements.
Does that help here?
Barry
MemberI’m afraid this sort of customization is beyond any support we can officially offer, but we can definitely leave this open to gather input from other members of the community 🙂
Barry
MemberGreat 🙂
February 25, 2013 at 7:02 am in reply to: Custom Recurring Event Posting Twice and Incorrectly #40846Barry
MemberHi John,
I can’t replicate this – so before we go any further can I ask you to run through the following steps:
- Please ensure that your Modern Tribe plugins are up-to-date and in-synch … for instance if you are using The Events Calendar 2.0.11 you must also use Events Calendar PRO 2.0.11
- Deactivate all other plugins and change your theme to a default, unmodified one such as Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve
- Now test to see if the problem still exists
- If the problem has been solved by these steps, start reactivating everything one-at-a-time, testing at each point to see if the issue has returned
- If the issue does return, take note of whichever plugin (or theme) you reactivated immediately before it started again – it’s likely there is a conflict with this item
In this case it may be worth wiping all the existing test events before running through this process. If it doesn’t help you to get to the bottom of the problem please also post back with a screenshot of your event settings so I can see the exact pattern being specified.
Thanks!
February 25, 2013 at 6:50 am in reply to: How to embded the full calendar view on a new page? #40842Barry
MemberThough I’m not 100% sure about what you are trying to do, the answer is potentially yes, you can.
If you mean that you want to show the grid view or upcoming event list on a specific page, though, then yes you can – however this would require some customization and there are a few potential drawbacks.
February 25, 2013 at 6:48 am in reply to: Is this calendar possible to populate under one event? #40841Barry
MemberI’m afraid I don’t understand your question – could you rephrase and perhaps give a more detailed example of what you are trying to achieve here?
February 25, 2013 at 6:45 am in reply to: Changing single recurring event does'nt show any saving options pop-up window #40840Barry
MemberHi Petter,
Unfortunately this is a known bug – there is a fix you can apply if you feel confident editing core files and is basically as detailed by Cliff in this thread.
We expect this to be fixed in 3.0 which should be our next major release. Sorry for the inconvenience!
February 25, 2013 at 6:29 am in reply to: Marking main menu item as current when showing a page from the event calendar #40838Barry
MemberHi Marie-Laure,
The thing to remember is The Events Calendar does not use regular WordPress pages and so there is no way to “nest” them under a parent page as you might with any other page.
What you are trying to achieve is possible but would require a little customization work and would unfortunately be beyond what we can offer you here in terms of support.
