MemberEvents that take place over a period of time but end on the last day of a month show up on every day of the following month. The only work around seems to be to end the event 1 day short of the month (but that isn’t what I want). For example, if I end an event on July 31, that event shows up on every day in August!

ParticipantHi Don,
I’m not seeing this behavior on my end. It could be due to a plugin or theme conflict. Have you tried deactivating all other plugins and/or reverting to the Twenty Eleven/Twelve theme to see if this changes anything? Please try that and let me know if you are still seeing this.
Thanks,
JonahJanuary 23, 2013 at 6:37 pm #31499Don
MemberThis is not a problem with a plugin or theme conflict – I have tested this. The problem is in calendar view on the visitor side. Events show up fine on the administrative dashboard and on the visitor’s list view. It also shows the correct end date on the detail view. But in calendar view any event that ends on the last day of the month is displayed on every day of the following month. If someone from Modern Tribe emails my webmaster ([email protected]) he can give you temporary administrative access to the site and you can see this for yourself.

ParticipantHi Don,
Are you seeing this for all events that end on the last day of the month or only some? Can you provide me some specific parameters for events where you are seeing the issue so I can try to recreate it on my end?
And just to confirm, are you running the latest version (2.0.11) of both our plugins (core and PRO)?
Thanks,
JonahJanuary 23, 2013 at 9:25 pm #31503Don
MemberCorrect – both plugins are version 2.0.11.
Any and all events that end on the last day of the month has this issue.
While I don’t want to leave it like this because of the error, I changed an event to end on July 31, 2013. See the result here:
http://photosbysandi.com/index.php?post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=month&eventDate=2013-07
Then look at August and you will see that it shows up there also!, but if you click on the event, it display the correct end date.January 24, 2013 at 8:36 am #31525Jonah
ParticipantHi Don,
Very strange. I’m still not seeing this on my end with what I think are the same parameters as you’re working with. Can you please provide me with wp-admin access so I can take a look? You can email access to pro [at] tri [dot] be and attn. to me. Do I have permission to deactivate plugins and change settings? I’m going to need to do that to try and troubleshoot and reproduce the issue.
Thanks,

MemberHi Jonah,
You should be getting a response from our webmaster, greg [at] webstoresltd [dot] comJanuary 28, 2013 at 3:39 pm #31708Jonah
ParticipantHi Don,
I’ve exhausted my resources on this and am going to have a developer take a look. You should hear something back in the next day or two.
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Don,
Sorry about the delay here, I haven’t forgotten about you. One of our developers said to try the following:
– try changing your timezone to one of the GMT +/- ones rather than a city one
Please try that out and let me know if that works.
Thanks,

MemberHow do I do that? I don’t see anywhere to change my timezone?
February 4, 2013 at 9:23 pm #32120Jonah
ParticipantHi Don, sorry, I think he meant UTC times instead of GMT.

ParticipantHi Don,
Sorry about the delay in getting this resolved for you. I just logged into your website and modified the timezone to UTC-7 which is the UTC time for Denver and it seems to have resolved the issue. Can you please confirm this?
Thanks,
