KeymasterHi Jan,
It is difficult to say and check. If you can share with me a database dump I can try to investigate, but it might take a day or two.
Did this happen before / does it happen regularly?
Does is happen with tickets that you fix, so does the error come back somehow later?
We don’t know what the source of the issue is, how this came to be unfortunately.
It can be a bug with our plugin, though we haven’t received any other reports on this, so that’s unlikely. Or some other plugin might cause interference. Maybe the payment gateway has to do something with it. Difficult to say. These can only be eliminated with testing.
If you send me the db dump, then I’ll take a look at it as soon as I can to figure out the differences.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Caylee,
Thanks for your system information.
Could you please answer the rest of the questions as well? I’ll copy them here for easier access.
Have you gone through the setup articles you can find in our knowledgebase?
An issue I have seen before is that if you don’t have a PayPal account set up in Eventbrite, where you will receive your money from the sales, then the event cannot be put live, so the tickets will not show up on your WordPress site.
Check these please and let me know what you find out.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHell Marci,
Are you getting these error messages on your staging site http://staging-insider.energytrust.org/ ?
If yes, could you please update the calendar plugins to the latest version and check if you are still having the issue?
Thanks,

KeymasterMark, thanks thanks for that! Looking forward to see what you find.
Please note, if there is no movement in the topic for about 3 weeks, then it will be automatically closed. In this case we would still very much appreciate if you would open a new topic and shared your results with us. (Possibly paste in the url of this topic for reference.) Thanks!
Cheers for now,

KeymasterHello Yuki,
A colleague was kind enough to check this.
Try removing the snippets you used before (or comment them out / disable them) and try this one if it helps:
function tribe_events_shortcode_json_ld_output() { Tribe__Events__JSON_LD__Event::instance()->markup( $GLOBALS['wp_query']->posts ); } function tribe_events_shortcode_json_ld_trigger() { add_action( 'tribe_events_pro_tribe_events_shortcode_output', 'tribe_events_shortcode_json_ld_output' ); } add_action( 'tribe_events_pro_tribe_events_shortcode_prepare', 'tribe_events_shortcode_json_ld_trigger' );Cheers,

KeymasterHi James,
I did some testing and it looks like this is an issue beyond us.
I set up a regular WooCommerce product which is totally unrelated to our plugins and experienced the same things. Even after successful paypal payment (with sandbox):
- the stock of the product is not being reduced
- the order status is still “pending payment” instead of “processing” or “completed”
Looks like there is an issue with PayPal (or PayPal sandbox) and WooCommerce. I would suggest you to get in touch with WooCommerce support and check with them.
Cheers,

KeymasterMark, I just found this piece of info:
“In WordPress 4.5+, domain mapping is a native feature.”
Source: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Multisite_Domain_Mapping
The investigation might take a couple days, so please hang in there.
The workaround for the moment is to downgrade to the last version of TEC (and the other calendar plugins) it was working with.

KeymasterHi Yuki,
Totally makes sense, thanks for the detailed explanation.
I’ll check around if someone has an idea about this, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I have something. Please hang in there.

KeymasterHello Sylvia,
Thanks for your inquiry!
I’m really sorry, until now we didn’t get to fixing this issue. I checked the status of the bugticket and currently is planned to be fixed with the next maintenance release and is waiting for a developer to be assigned to.
If all goes according to plan, then the fix should come in 2-3. However knowing how tricky it is with WPML it might need a bit more time. But I hope it will make it into the next one. It is definitely in focus now and I will also ping it to the team.
Thanks for your patience!
Cheers,

KeymasterGrüsse Rainer,
Ah ja, jetzt verstehe ich völlig. Danke für die Klarstellung.
I will put it here in English so that other people get a full understanding as well.
When you are looking at the Tag pages you also would like to show the Google Map.
I will check if that is possible and how. Will get back to you as soon as I have something. Thanks for the patience!

September 8, 2017 at 8:10 am in reply to: EDD checkout shows error with negative amount of available tickets #1346609Andras
KeymasterAhoj Jan,
Shelby is busy with some other engagements in the coming 1-2 weeks. I’m taking this over from her so we can move forward.
I was running some tests on my local site and couldn’t reproduce the issue.
Then I took the liberty to check your test site and saw what the problem is.
What I did then is simply re-saved the ticket that had the out of stock issue on the front. Edit the ticket and click save without changes. And now it shows properly on the front-end.
http://vstupenky.festivalkult.cz/test/?tribe_events=kredenc-7-9
Note: I moved the event to the future so we can see.
I don’t know why and how this issue could have come. Might be it was a result on an update of EDD or our plugins, or something totally else. Really no clue.
Though it might be a bit time consuming to do this for all events / tickets that are having this issue, this might be the fastest solution for the moment. Please check and let me know if it works out.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras

KeymasterHello scrippscollege,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m really sorry about this issue and I’d be happy to help you solve it.
As a first I would like to ask you to make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins and to share your system information with me.
Also could you share with me screenshots about how your additional fields and your filters are set up?
Thanks,
Andras -
