MemberHi Suw,
Thanks for your confirmation.
Unfortunately, setting a restriction to the API can cause this sort of situation, so the only simple workaround so far is not restricting the API.
However, you could also try Mathew’s approach shared in https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/geocoding-api-issue/#dl_post-1595709 and see if it works for you.
I have been able to locate a report related to this limitation were we are investigating a way to overcome this in one of our future releases. I will link this thread to that report so we can notify you once we have an update.
We appreciate your help and patience with this.

MemberHi Tom!
Thanks for taking the time to report this.
I have just tried that on my end and you are right. It does not work using that path. It seems the path documented in the template file is wrong.
Try using the following path and see if it works for you:
[your-theme]/tribe-events/shortcodes/my-attendance-list.phpI have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending Fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

MemberHi Tricia!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’d be happy to help you with this topic.
The URL you are using is to embed the Google calendar somewhere else and won’t work to import your events with Event Aggregator.
You should use the Public address in iCal format URL, which you should also be able to obtain from the calendar settings. However I do not see it available from the screenshot you sent. I believe you must be the owner of the calendar in other to get the iCal address from its settings.
I hope that helps. Let me know how it goes.

MemberHi Jo!
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
I’m sorry to hear you are having that issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting so we can hopefully find the source of it.
As a first step, so it does not confuse your users, I’d recommend you roll back to the previous versions of our plugins, where things were working fine. We have a guide on how you can do that > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates, so you don’t disrupt the live site.
We also encourage to make a full backup of your site, both database and files so in case something goes wrong you can always restore your site.
Having a closer inspection to your site, I can see there is a console error in month view, were you are having the issue. This seems like there could be a conflict with your theme, another plugin or even some custom code. To make sure we are not dealing with a conflict, please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts guide and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions.
Please let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Raymond!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
I think it should be possible to accomplish that, but it would definitely require some custom coding.
Do note that the events feed is accessible through a URL like yoursite.com/events/feed. You can learn more about the events feed in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/events-rss-feed/
We also have a great article that will get you started customizing the RSS feed, so you could use the code in it as a starting point > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/customize-rss-feed/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Peter,
Thanks for coming back with those logs.
It seems something may have not been working fine, However, I don’t see any indication from those errors that they are coming from any of our plugins.
It seems there could be a conflict somehow. Were you able to test for conflicts to see if any difference? If not, please follow the steps in the following article and see if the issue still occurs under default conditions > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
I would suggest you setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out without disrupting the live site.
Please let me know how it goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Silviu,
Yes, you will still be able to use the plugins even after the license has expired. But, of course, you won’t have access to premium support or plugin updates.
If you want to buy multiple products, make sure you check out our product bundles https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/. They may not be exactly what you are looking for, but they are always a good deal.
Is there anything else I can help you with? Let me know 🙂

MemberGood call Mathew! Thanks for chiming in!
I have already tried setting no restrictions on my end but I couldn’t see any difference on my end.
However, Suw, please do keep us posted about how that works for you.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Arun,
Thanks again for following up with this.
I have already flagged the code you mentioned in the bug report so the developers can take it into account when addressing the issue.
We’ll keep you posted as soon as we have an update.

MemberHi Mitchell!
Thanks for taking the time to report this and for keeping us posted about your updates.
Unfortunately, I can confirm this is a known bug we are already working on to fix in our next maintenance release of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

MemberHi Suw!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you out with those issues.
1. Venues not being properly located when the address requires venue title.
This indeed seems to be how Google Maps API works. I have been able to replicate the same behavior on my end with that specific address.
Like you say, adding “Kennaway House” to the address makes it to pass that information to Google, thus returning the more specific result for that address.
2. Events are not showing on the main page Google Map
Unfortunately, I have been able to replicate the same issue on my end. It seems that the Lat/Long coordinates are not being generated when creating/saving a venue, which in return makes it to not show up in the map view for the main events calendar.
I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending Fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

MemberHi Silviu,
I’m sorry to hear that is not an option for you.
We unfortunately do not accept wire transfers as a payment option. An invoice will be available for you to download once a complete payment is made for the license.
Let me know if any follow up questions.
Best,
