Removing shared capacity and putting to unlimited capacity completely fixed the timeout issues. I would like to be able to use this feature, is this a known issue?

BrianParticipant@jb1987 Thanks so much! That worked beautifully.
The only thing that was a struggle for me was if there were a ton of attendee detail entries they continued off the screen and did not scroll.
BrianParticipantNot sure if it’s the same, but this was registered as a bug and I still have this issue. Only on the first save though:

BrianParticipantHey Dean,
If you are on GoDaddy managed hosting it might be the object-cache. I had a 500 error issue and see some other threads on this as well. Hope it helps.

Hope this helps.
BrianParticipantWell that was a journey. Thanks for your help Jaime, seems to be working now.
BrianParticipantHi Jaime,
As part of deactivating all non related plugins I had deactivated WC Memberships so that should not be affecting anything.
This is on a managed GoDaddy WordPress account. Caching is done through that I believe.
Thank you

BrianParticipantJaime,
When a user is not logged in and they RSVP for an event they fill out information, hit submit, and then are redirected to a 500error blank page. They do not receive an email.
On the back end the total RSVP count increases but there is no RSVP ticket assigned or listed.
If I RSVP while logged in everything works, tickets are assigned, and emails are received.
Users do not need to be logged in to RSVP.
BrianParticipantJaime,
Can you give me some more information about the screen where you are seeing the tickets in your screenshot?
It is on the attendee screen.
Can you try creating a new test ticket with a bare WordPress install (Default WordPress theme and only Events Calendar plugins and WooCommerce)?
Can you also try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes?
I tried both of these with no luck, RSVP still creates 500 error when logged out.
Thank you
BrianParticipantJaime,
I have deactivated all plugins except TEC and Woocommerce, reverted theme to twenty sixteen, and removed all customization. Flushed cache. Reloaded. Tried various browsers (mobile and desktop).
If I am not logged in, RSVP loads either a 500 error or blankpage. If I am logged in, all works as normal.
I did notice the first RSVP in the event (from me logged in) does have a non-standard ticket number assigned. Where it is assigned the order number rather than a ticket number. See screenshot.
BrianParticipantThank you Jennifer.
The CSS would work, and then it would all of a sudden come back so the issue must be on my end. I removed it from the template file on my child theme.
You can close this thread, thanks for your help! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
BrianParticipantHi Jennifer!
Thanks for the code. However it did not work for my need. I guess I need to clarify, I am trying to remove it from my home page where it is being shown by the shortcode:
[tribe_events view=”list” tribe-bar=”false” featured=true]
It did however remove it from the calendar list view. Am I using outdated shortcode, or incorrectly?
Thanks!
