ParticipantAndras,
Is it possible it exists in a column that just isn’t being exported? Perhaps using the snippet in this reply to add some additional columns? Just not sure what they would be called.

ParticipantHi Andras,
Thanks for the response. Let me elaborate more… The info is missing from the export of attendee details. See the attached screenshot, I modified the field with “T-shirt size…”, so the export does not have that column, and in the newly named meta field it is blank. The information still shows on the attendee list under details, but now as “Other attendee data”, so how would I get the info back on the export?

ParticipantHey James,
I asked for this awhile ago and was provided this snippet that still works for me on RSVPs only. Hope that helps!
Brian
ParticipantHi Cliff,
I don’t think you read my post. Emails are sending just fine for tickets. As I said any event with an RSVP doesn’t even record an RSVP in the attendee list even though they will get a message that the rsvp confirmation was sent and they have indeed rsvp’d.

Participant….and they’re gone again when I updated to 4.4.2. However I reverted only ET+ to v4.3.5, still running ET v4.4.2 and they are back. I was previously running ET+ 4.3.3 and ET 4.4.2 when they came back. So maybe there is a conflict when running the same version of those plugins?
ET 4.4.2, ET+ 4.3.3 (Attendee Details)
ET 4.4.2, ET+ 4.4.2 (No Attendee Details)
ET 4.4.2, ET+ 4.3.5 (Attendee Details)Brian
ParticipantAs I mentioned in a different thread Attendee Details have magically come back, by itself. GoDaddy support mentioned a known caching issue, but that it wouldn’t have taken a month to fix which was the duration details were offline for me. They also came back before I updated any TEC plugins to newest.
Can you confirm the same with your developers and test site?

ParticipantI spent two hours on the phone with GoDaddy support today. The issue was cookies were stalling the site. Cookies specifically from the events calendar plug-ins causing 18-20second delays.
As I mentioned I updated to 4.4.2. Ive restored my site to 2/14 and deactivated all plugins. I’ve been adding them back one by one and as of now registration is working. Also attendee details magically returned.
Have you spoken with their support or found any of these issues on your GD test setup?
They should have some pretty good log files on my issues today if I can share with you somehow to try and settle this please let me know.

ParticipantSo one month after this issue began, as of an order 2/14 10P CST now I am receiving Attendee Details.
I still want to leave this open for the moment, as my other thread dictates I am having an extremely hard time navigating to any ticketed event and had to disable ECPro to be able to navigate my site at all. I updated all plugins to v4.4.2 during the meltdown to try and fix the issue as well.
Brian
ParticipantBy deactivating Events Calendar PRO I am able to get to my Events Calendar, and click on Events that have no WooCommerce Tickets albeit very slowly, but cannot bring up any events with tickets. As soon as I activate ECPro I cannot navigate site.
I also went ahead and updated to 4.4.2 hoping that would help with no luck.

ParticipantWell good news and bad news I guess. Glad you were able to narrow down the issue, I’ll anxiously look forward to the fix!
I’ll leave y’all as admins on the staging site in the meantime and would be happy to test early fixes, I’m very good at breaking things 🙂
