MemberHa – just talked to the devs and it looks like that one in line 15 was actually fixed in an unrelated ticket earlier this morning; and the second one we just patched right now on the spot 🙂 So both of these will be included in the impending maintenance build.
Thanks again for the heads up. Going to close this one for now but definitely open a new thread if we can do anything else.
Rob
MemberHey Kevin. Good find here; it looks like we possibly failed to catch those ones. I’m unable to reproduce myself but I’m going to have a developer take a look – and if they see what you’re seeing, we’ll definitely get this patched. I’ll let you know once I’ve heard back either way.
Thanks for the tip, and for your support! Let me know what else I can do or if you have trouble changing them yourself for this release.
Rob
MemberHey Karen! Thanks for the note here, and my apologies for the inconvenience you’ve faced. This is indeed a bug in the current release that we should have patched in our next batch of monthly maintenance releases. I’m assuming you have DAY view disabled, right? If so, re-enabling it for the time being should address that problem until we’ve got an official patch deployed.
Let me know!
Rob
MemberHey again Steve. One other point on this: if you see the sidebar “Useful Code Snippets” widget, you’ll see we do indeed have a snippet that should help work out some of the Canvas integration issues. Let me know (if you are still using our plugin) whether you’re still having issues from there. Thanks again for your patience so far.
Rob
MemberHi there threecedars. I’m so sorry we missed this thread – please accept my apologies here. Are you still having issues? Can you let me know if so and I’ll do my best to get you sorted in as timely a fashion as possible?

MemberHi TinFishWorld. I’m so sorry we never saw your reply from 8/1; please accept my apologies there. Are you still stuck? Shall I have Barry take another look here?
Rob
MemberThanks again Anthony! Closing this per our email exchange.

MemberHey notionist! Thanks for the note here, and for your patience in waiting for a reply so far. We really appreciate it on both fronts. Welcome to the plugin.
I just attempted to recreate this problem, and am a bit troubled that I’m unable to see the same thing. Here’s what I did:
1. Viewed “List” view with no date selected.
2. Picked “August 31” under the “From:” field.
3. The list below updated to show me all events starting with August 31, and going forward. Are you following different steps to reach this issue? If so, mind letting me know what those are? If you could also provide a link where I could check out the issue-in-question, it’d be awesome. Please also confirm that you’ve tried this on a Vanilla install: just the Twenty Twelve theme, with no other plugins active. This will allow us to see if the issue is a bug in our codebase or a conflict with another plugin / your theme.
I’ll do what I can to get you sorted from there!

MemberHello Anthony: Rob here. We do have someone scheduled to take a look at this, and I apologize for the backlog you’ve received. We’re trying to get to everything within 48 hours but are a bit behind on that end. Please know that we’re actively working to build up the team and have more folks starting next week to return us to our 24-hour response window.
I’ve just confirmed this is a bug with the current codebase on my local install as well – thank you for bringing it to our attention and my apologies for the inconvenience it’s caused so far. While it doesn’t look like there’s a particularly graceful snippet-based solution we could provide, we’re trying to knock it out for the forthcoming maintenance release – and will keep you posted as to when it’s officially released.
Thanks for your patience and apologies again, for both the delay and inconvenience. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
Rob
MemberHey materdeiknights. Thanks for your note on the 12th, and the follow-up on the 14th. We appreciate your patience on this. As the note atop the page here suggests….we’re experiencing a backlog in support at the moment, and some things are stretching beyond our 48-hour window. Know that we’ve got two new support members joining the team next week to get us back to the 24-hour response time we had before launching 3.0. We really appreciate your patience in the interim.
This is unfortunately a known bug in the current codebase (see https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/category-resets-when-i-click-on-the-next-month/ and let me know if you think the issue is unrelated). But the good news is we do have it on deck to be fixed in the forthcoming monthly maintenance release, which will be out in the coming weeks. Please let us know if after updating you find the issue persists and we’ll take a look from there.

MemberHey Jonathan, I’ve re-opened this one per our email exchange!

MemberHey Suzanne, I’ve been talking to the devs here…any chance you’d be willing to provide us with a database dump from your site, so we can take a peek under the hood? That’s probably the best bet to figuring out what’s up here.
Rob
MemberHey again justjuicy! Wanted to follow-up here and see if you saw Barry’s last comment. Let us know what else we can do to help.
