ParticipantHey guys,
Just purchase the pro plugin which seems awesome, but now have a conflict with WooThemes Canvas theme i have installed, as it works fine on the default wordpress theme..
The page is http://67.227.162.248/~theclubh/queencakedesign/events/ and what you will notice that if you try to go to the “List” view it shows up as the blog instead?
I tried a solution from Barry but it didn’t seem to work. The code was:
function tribe_fix_woo_month_issue() {
if (!tribe_is_month()) return;
$GLOBALS[‘woo_options’][‘woo_post_content’] = ‘content’;
}add_action(‘woo_post_before’, ‘tribe_fix_woo_month_issue’);
Thanks in advance for you help guys!!!
Steve.

MemberHi Steve,
I’m very sorry for the delay in getting back to you. This is not our normal support service and should be back on top of it very soon with the addition of new support staff.
From the looks of your page it looks you may have removed the page that is creating the issue. If thats the case I completely understand that you may have had to move on to something else. However if you still need our help just let us know and we’ll be happy to jump back in.
Apologies again for the delay.

MemberHey again Steve. One other point on this: if you see the sidebar “Useful Code Snippets” widget, you’ll see we do indeed have a snippet that should help work out some of the Canvas integration issues. Let me know (if you are still using our plugin) whether you’re still having issues from there. Thanks again for your patience so far.

ParticipantHey Rob!
Awesome yeah I ended up going to a different theme so it didn’t conflict. I like the snippets though, that will be very handy for next time 🙂
I do have another and different issue now though… we have the wootickets running and WPML, but on the second language (which is Italian) the ticket does not save (even though it says it was saved), and does not display anywhere?
You can see for example http://queencakedesign.com/event/gum-paste-course-base/?lang=it where the ticket in english works, but the italian version does not.
Many thanks in advance!
Steve

MemberHey there Steve. Glad to hear you ended up finding a solution that didn’t conflict here 🙂
I’m afraid my news on the WPML front won’t do much to ease your mind: WPML at the moment is unfortunately one of the main plugins we know ours does not adequately integrate with. We do have plans to focus on fixing that integration this year, and the WPML team have made themselves available for that when we have resources, but we’ve been so focused on getting 3.0 out and now stabilized that we haven’t had a chance to focus there yet.
Know that it’s on the radar, though – we get a ton of requests for this and we realize we’re not staying as competitive as we could by failing to integrate properly. I suspect accomplishing this will be done sooner rather than later, as a result. Sorry I couldn’t offer you more…but please let me know if you have other questions.
