MemberHey Andy, sorry to hear you’re having issues here. We can try to help. Is there any chance you can link us to the site/iCal link, so I can try to recreate this on my end?
Not sure what’s up with the “Quick Edit” link missing; are there any other plugins running on the site that could be responsible for this? I’m unable to recreate on my local install.
Rob
MemberHey James, I think you posted in the wrong forum – this is the Eventbrite Ticketing one, but your issue sounds specific to Events Calendar PRO. Can you confirm that this isn’t ticket related? Moving it over to what I’m imagining to be the correct location in the interim.
Rob
MemberHey Jesus. Thanks; I just checked out the backend of your site, and it appears you’ve got this resolved already? I’m seeing the Default Events Template already selected under Settings -> The Events Calendar: http://cl.ly/1e1R450v3o000D1n3m42. Am I missing something, or is this no longer an issue?
Rob
MemberThanks Michael. I’m going to have Jonah, our dev, comment on this directly. He’ll be chiming in here today.
Rob
MemberHey Albert. Thanks for confirming. Can you link me to an instance of what’s happening in your last note here? Not sure I understand what’s up.
I will note two things preemptively though:
1) We have some known issues with non-pretty permalinks breaking the plugin; if you aren’t using a pretty permalinks structure like /%postname%/, try turning that on to see if it fixes your issue.
2) Sometimes fixing issues related to the permalinks is as simple as resaving your “Permalinks” page without making any changes to it. Probably worth a shot here regardless…Let me know about the above and we can keep looking into this for you.

MemberAlright, thanks for confirming. Let me get Jonah to chime in on this one; I’m at a loss as to what could be causing it.
Rob
MemberMy pleasure. Appreciate the feedback so far; definitely let us know if anything else comes up.
As an aside: when I used to live in NY, I drank tons of Brooklyn Brewery beer! Awesome to see that you’re using our plugin on their site.
Rob
MemberThanks again Samuel!

MemberHey Joe. Paul and I looked this over in depth today and are pretty much at a loss as to what could be causing it. What does seem apparent is that this is being caused by something other than our plugin. The reason we think this is primarily because it appears you aren’t using the template generated by the plugin, but another template, since you have the form at the bottom (i.e. other content).
That being the case, the default title created by the plugin wouldn’t work in any case, and the real title should be “Calendar | The Website Name”, as that is the actual page title; as for why it is not doing that, we have no idea, but it appears to be something independent of ECP. This is also why we’re having so much trouble tracking down what’s wrong.
I wish I could offer up more here, but it seems we’re at a wall on this issue. Any chance you’ve had luck with the developers of other plugins/your theme on whether they have any suggestions?
Rob
MemberHey again Jesus. Can you get me set up with a set of backend credentials for your site, so I can check this out? If not a conflict with the theme it could also be with another plugin. If you send over some admin creds to rob at tri.be, I can try and change it myself. Nobody else has reported this yet, though, which makes me think it’s a one-off. Happy to help get do what I can to get it resolved though.

MemberThat’s odd. One thing I’d do is upgrade PRO to 2.0.2, since there are definitely issues running them out of sync. Does this resolve when both are on the 2.0.2 build? If not, let me know and I’ll get a dev to chime in – as I haven’t seen this issue reported by anyone else yet so am not really sure what’s up.

MemberThanks Adam. We may be on to something here; I have gotten a few reports the past couple days from other users noting that the events on their list are showing based on when they were added (instead of when they’re supposed to appear). We’re looking into it now – going to get another dev to chime in with his thoughts.
Rob
MemberSure is, Esteban. That’s controlled by your general blog loop count, controlled under Settings –> Reading. Whatever you set there for your broader WP install will impact Events Calendar PRO as well.
Hope that helps. Let me know if you need anything else.

MemberThere we go – works now. Must have been a momentary hiccup. Thanks; I am seeing the issue now. I have no idea what would be causing this except a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Any chance you’ve got a testing environment in which you can try deactivating other plugins and reverting to the 2011 theme as needed, to identify whether this is a conflict?
Rob
MemberAh, thanks for confirming Caleb. I was just able to recreate your “Delete Just This Occurrence” issue, so it looks like that’s definitely a bug. I’ve logged it for 2.1 — thanks for pointing that out.
Let me know if you see anything on the next event issue; I’ll report back anything I find too.
