January 18, 2012 at 7:10 pm in reply to: Weekly Recurring events show up daily on only some months…. #13601
Rob
MemberHi Dave. Thanks for the note; sorry to hear that you’re having issues. I was unable to recreate this on my default 2011 install just now…so my guess is there’s something else at play, either a conflict with another plugin or your theme.
Any chance you could send me a screenshot of the event details (so I can recreate it exactly in case I missed a step), and a link to your site where I can check out the problem in action? Thanks in advance.
Rob
MemberThis is an excellent suggestion. Thanks, guys – I’ll pass this along to the team and we can work on getting something along those lines added to tri.be/support/documentation.
Rob
MemberHey Tyler, what exactly are you looking to do? Have you checked out template tag documentation ( tri.be/support/documentation )? Let me know what you’re aiming for and I can get a dev involved as needed. Thanks!

MemberHi Seth. So just to be clear: you want these to be hidden on the grid/list view, but still accessible via clicking into a category directly? Not sure what this would entail but I can get Jonah to take a look and see if there are any quick hacks you can use to make this happen…just confirm with me on the above so we’re not going down the wrong path from the getgo. Thanks!
Rob
MemberHi Tyler. This isn’t doable out of the box, but there may be a way to hack it together with relative ease. Let me see if our developer Jonah has any suggestions.
Rob
MemberThanks Tyler. I see you posted another thread on this, let me see if we can help you find a workaround on this. You’re actually the first to request it (though I do think it’s a good idea).
Rob
MemberThanks Paul. Jonah will take a look at this next pass he takes on the forum; we can bring another dev in to help as needed from there.
January 18, 2012 at 6:52 pm in reply to: Updating Button keeps spinning… not new publishing either #13592Rob
MemberThanks for the steps, Sam – I was able to recreate it up until the last step. When I click outside of the box (update one versus all events), the circle does indeed keep spinning…but eventually I have to click something in the popup, since it won’t go away otherwise. When I do everything starts working fine again.
On your end, are you saying it disappears when you click outside of it? If so, let me know what browser/version you’re on…it’s possibly just a browser incompatibility.

MemberWeird. Alright Caleb, thanks. Let me see if one of our other devs has a suggestion here. Sorry this keeps coming up for you.
Rob
MemberAwesome! So it sounds like you’re set here, right Nicholas? Let us know if not 🙂
Rob
MemberThanks for confirming, Simon. We’ll take another look at this today and see if we can figure what’s what.
Rob
MemberAwesome, thanks Suzanne. Yes – that may change down the road, depending on how many requests there are for it. A good way to get your vote in the ring would be to note it in our sticky “Feature Requests” thread (if you haven’t already). Let me know what else we can do.
Rob
MemberHey Xpert. Jonah can take another look at this to see what’s wrong, but ultimately it’s going to be up to you to figure out the right code to use (as we just don’t have the support bandwidth to provide specific guidance on every custom request out there, unfortunately). Hopefully he can point you in the right direction with another quick look.
Rob
MemberAwesome to hear you got that figured out. Let us know what else we can do, or if you have any other questions going forward.

MemberGreat to hear we got #2 resolved. As for #1, let me see if our dev Jonah has any suggestions here. I’ve passed this his way for review.
