MemberYup, that’s a known bug in the current Eventbrite beta code unfortunately. We’re looking into it now and will have it patched for the final release. Apologies for the inconvenience in the interim.
Rob
MemberHi again Howard. Thanks for the note here. Does this only occur for imported events (ie not with events created in just Events Calendar without Eventbrite active)? It’s possible that there is a bug in the code; hearing more from you on this will help me confirm that. Thanks!
Rob
MemberHi Howard. This is an interesting bug; since the Eventbrite code is still in beta it’s very possible this is a bug. I’m going to get one of our advanced devs to take a look and if he can confirm that this is indeed a bug (which I suspect it is), we’ll get it patched for the official release. Thanks for the heads up!
Rob
MemberThanks Jason. Paul is jumping back into this today; we’re committed to doing our best towards getting this resolved.

MemberAlright thanks. I’m not sure how doable that is but I’ll let someone more dev-minded than I respond 🙂 Jonah has this in his round of threads for today so hopefully we’ll have a response for you here shortly.

MemberThat’s a nice suggestion – it’s not doable out of the box but my guess is there’s a way to hack it together. Let me see if our developer Jonah has any suggestions here. I’ll get him to respond directly.

MemberAwesome. Thanks; as yours is in the next batch to be addressed, I expect we’ll have an answer very shortly.
Rob
MemberHey Timothy. Thanks for the note; so should I assume by your second post that you’re all set here? Was there anything else you needed/wanted us to look into? Let me know if so and I’ll get someone on it.
Rob
MemberHey Mark, what theme are you using here? One of our devs would like to try and recreate your environment to identify what’s up.
Rob
MemberHey again Seth. Got one of our advanced devs to take a look here, and he’s sort of stumped…we’re not experiencing the same thing as you when using tribe_get_events(); we get all the recurring events we want, with their own date (like start date)(not that of the first event). Would you be able to share with us what you are passing as arguments into it? Thanks in advance.

MemberJoshua, per Jonah’s note, I’ve got this off to another dev. Hopefully we’ll have a response for you here shortly.

Rob
MemberHey Frank. Per Jonah’s note, I’m going to need another dev to take a look at this. I’ve passed it on accordingly so hopefully we’ll be able to get you an answer here shortly.

MemberHey Jaki/Sam. Thanks for the heads up; we received this, as well as your email, and have a dev looking into it now. In the interest of getting you as timely a response as possible – and so other users can benefit from the exchange if they have similar problems – we’ll respond directly here in the forums (rather than via email). We’ll get that in here shortly.
Rob
MemberExcellent. This is helpful; thanks man. We’ll do what we can to help get this squared away.
