MemberHey Aeky,
Thanks for contacting us! The Organizer can be edited without issue from the front-end by accessing “View Your Submitted Events” and clicking on Organizer. All details can be edited and saved.
Although it is still not possible to edit the venues from the front-end. Our development team will probably add this functionality in the future, but we don’t know when.
Let me know if you need anything else in the meantime and I’ll be happy to assist! 🙂
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHey Kevin,
Thanks for contacting us! As I can see from here at this moment your recurring events are working properly. Some of our customers experienced the same problem as you did, but it was solved after a permalink flush by accessing their Dashboard and heading over to Settings > Permalinks (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page).
Let us know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist!

Patricia

MemberHi Cara,
Thanks for sending us further information on this! The PHP Fatal error you shared is associated with your current active theme Dance Studio (dance-studio-new) and not with The Events Calendar.
You can confirm that by temporarily changing your theme to another one like twentyseventeen (the default WordPress theme), and enabling The Events Calendar again. You will find further information about how to test for conflicts in this article.
Please run this test and let us know your results.
If you have any other questions in the meantime, please let us know!
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHi Miguel,
Thanks for sending us further information on this! To be able to create tickets on the front end of your site, even if they are free RSVPs, you will need Event Tickets Plus .
Let me know if you need anything else or have any other questions in the meantime!

Patricia

MemberHey Rich,
Thanks for contacting us! It is possible to search and filter your events by multiple categories and using checkboxes with Filter Bar, although the layout would be slightly different than the one you sent in your screenshot.
You can check how Filter Bar works by accessing our demo site and filtering the calendar events in the “Narrow Your Results” section (as an example, the “Day” is filtered using checkboxes).
I hope this helps! Let us know if you need anything else in the meantime.
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHey Cara,
Thanks for contacting us! Can you please share with us the Fatal errors you find after upgrading your PHP version? We are not aware of any incompatibility issue associated with PHP 7.0: my own site is running with PHP 7.0 and all of our premium plugins enabled without any problems.
There’s probably a conflict going on. Please send us further information and we will be happy to assist!
Regards,
Patricia
