MemberHi Herman,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Events Calendar PRO works alongside The Events Calendar as an add-on. This means you install both plugins at the same time. When you install Events Calendar PRO the events data in the site won’t be modified or lost.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

MemberHi there Ashley,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our products ๐
My client is needing something close to the events listing on this link โ http://d8e.92d.myftpupload.com/upcoming-events-test/
You’ll def need to style the default calendar styles to get that look. Inspect our demo site to see how the calendar looks โ http://wpshindig.com/events/
They would also like the events to rotate, so you would see the first 5 & then it would show the next 5 upcoming events. I guess this would be via a carousel?? Would something like this be possible with The Events Calendar or The Events Calendar Pro? Would I need to purchase any additional plugins or add-ons to accomplish something similar to this look?
This is totally possible but needs a fair amount of custom development. There’s no option to create the events ‘rotation’ and the ‘carousel’ from our add-ons.
If something similar is do-able could you please point me in the right direction on what to purchase & set up?
If you don’t have some programming skills, I think the best here would be to hire a customizer to work these things out for your site. You can also look for a theme that integrates with our plugin and might have the carousel built-in or a similarish implementation โ Compatible Themes for The Events Calendar
Please let me know if this helps,

MemberHi there Tom,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’ll help you here ๐
Fist of all, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Regarding the venue / organizer just start writing the name of the new venue / organizer and if it doesn’t exist then it will give you the option to create a new one.
Please let me know if this helps,

MemberHi there Jason,
Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about this issue!
The error indicates a problem with one of the tickets cost not being set. Can you please check on this if you didn’t yet?
Also, is this an event you are trying to import from EventBrite site to WordPress, or is this an existing event and you are trying to add EventBrite ticket to it? Are you just having troubles with this particular event or with others as well?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHey Martin,
Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our plugins ๐
What you are experiencing is actually a bug that will be fixed in a maintenance release coming out really soon (hopefully this week). Basically this bug made single event exports to be blank!
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

MemberHi there Riza,
Thanks for getting in touch with us on this! I’ll help you here…
By default each event on week view has a ‘semi transparent’ background. This makes it easy to spot overlapping events. Seems that some custom CSS is overriding how this works by default (line 547 of the page code):
tribe-bar-form, .tribe-bar-views-inner, .tribe-grid-allday .tribe-events-week-allday-single, .tribe-grid-body .tribe-events-week-hourly-single {
background-color: #E8FFEE;
border: 0px solid #53B06F;
}
Commenting the background-color line makes it ‘semi-transparent’ again.

MemberHi there Richard,
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our plugins ๐
I’ll help you decide if our products are the right ones for your project:
1. I use a theme which WP Agile 2.2 from LiveMesh โ can you confirm this works well with Events Calendar
Sorry to say I can’t confirm this. I’ve checked the theme page and it doesn’t state compatibility with our plugins. This doesn’t mean they won’t play nice together, but I guess you’ll need to test that out to see how it goes. Here’s an article that might help you โ Compatible Themes with The Events Calendar.
2. Do you have an affiliate offering built in to ticket selling that plays nicely with your plugin?
Not sure what you mean here. Can you elaborate a bit more on this point?
3. I have an iOS & Android app that will allow me to import events using iCal. a) Can I easily export from Events Calendar into iCal? b) will images be attached? c) i think the app uses Google Places to enter the address โ is this compatible (lat/long might also work)
a) Yes, I think it work well our calendars expose events in iCal format.
b) I guess that depends on how the apps work. Images are included as attachments in the feeds.
c) Cannot assure that.
You can test the above with the feed from our demo site โ wpshindig.com/events/?ical=14. Meetup โ can images be extracted from Meetup.com and into the Events on WordPressโฆthen can we extract these same images to the app?
You can import events from Meetup using Event Aggregator. But again I cannot assure the images get to the app.
Probably the best way to know about the above is to actually test our plugins in your site. While we don’t have a trial period, you can go ahead and purchase the products for testing. If you decide they are not what you are looking for, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For more information take a look at our refund policy.
Please let me know if you have any other follow-up questions I can help you with,

MemberHi there Adam,
Thanks for reaching out to us! As for version 4.4.x of the plugin all iCal exports have an extended time frame. This is an intentional change and not a bug actually. So the expected behaviour now is to have a year of events in the event views feeds.
Please let me know if this helps,

No problem, just reach out when you need help. But learning a bit about filters and actions will surely payoff! It’s the base of WordPress!
Iโll go ahead and close out this thread.
Have a great a week,
