MemberHi there,
Thanks for getting in touch about this issue!
I’ve reviewed your previous thread and found the related bug report Cliff mentions. Taking a look at the bug status seems that the issue is now resolved, but looks like we forgot to send you a heads up in the original thread. I’m really sorry about this, seems that the fix went out in 4.3.1 (we are at 4.4.2 now).
Can you please update the plugins and let me know if it’s fixed for you? If that’s the case I’ll update the previous thread as well.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberThanks for the patience John!
This should be working as expected now. Can you please give it a try and let me know if it does?
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Leoni,
Thanks for your patience while we looked into this issue!
After further review, this issue does not appear to be a bug. Rather it is the expected behaviour of WooCommerce and of orders placed via the PayPal payment gateway. In fact, if you test the same scenario out using just WooCommerce – ie, using a regular WooCommerce product and without activating any of our plugins – you should be able to experience the same thing.
When completing orders manually, for instance, the requirement for you to also update inventory manually is expected and deliberate. If you have further questions on this please don’t hesitate to let us know, however in many cases the WooCommerce team will be better able to assist especially if your question relates to the operation of WooCommerce in general and is not specific to tickets or our ticketing plugins.
We’re sorry for any confusion and for any delay in providing this update and, again, if we can help further definitely let us know!
Cheers,
NicoNico

MemberHey John,
I edited my reply short after sending it over. Please note that the error is actually on the EA server and is being investigated right now. Hopefully this will be resolved soon and everything will get back working!
I’ll send you a heads-up when that happens 🙂

MemberHi there John,
Thanks for the report! I’ve been informed of an error in the Event Aggregator server, our dev team is working on it right now. Hopefully things will be back to normal soon!
Sorry for the hassle until we can fix this,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Mark,
Thanks for following up!
I just checked your account (in this site: top bar > my account > downloads) PRO should be there under premium plugins. Can you check that? If so then just download the plugin and then proceed to install it in your WordPress site. If you still have doubts about this please review this article → New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO
Once PRO is installed + activated you’ll see recurrence options under the date pickers when creating (or editing) an event from the WordPress dashboard.
Regarding the Aggregator license, that will still be in place in your site but will be no longer valid, so I’d recommend just deleting they key + saving changes. Once PRO zip has been installed and activated you’ll see a new input to place PRO license (top bar > my account > license keys).
Please let me know if this helps,

MemberHi Daniel,
Thanks for getting in touch with us, and sorry to hear about the issues after updating the plugins.
First of all, please downgrade the plugins to version 4.4.1.x were this was working correctly for you. After doing so (if links are not working) just go to ‘WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes’. once the site is working correctly let’s test the update in a staging / dev site. Does that sounds good to you?
This might be something particular to your site. We are getting some reports of glitches after the release but still haven’t isolated any new bugs.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHola Juan Ignacio,
Disculpas nuevamente
Saludos

We are happy to assist our premium users with support issues via our premium forums, please log into the account that has been created when the purchase was made. If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our open source forum. We review that forum weekly, mainly for bug reports.
The best place to start is our Testing for conflicts guide. This way you can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but please do post in the appropriate forum and we will be happy to assist you.
