ParticipantI bought the Eventaggregator I thought I bought The Pro I paid the same price. But I don’t have access to recurring events what do I need to go. Also is there a phone number to talk with anyone? Very frustrating not able to talk with a live voice.

I checked and do not see Pro added. I have gone to an event for EX: Zia Park Casino and there is no box or anything to indicate a place for me to set recurring.
Need a little more help please.

I really need to get this fixed. I looked in my account the old license key is still there. You said you put new license key for Pro my account does not reflect this. Can you please update. I really need to get this calendar out to folks i promised.
This is the key I originally got and is still showing f3f….a59

Thanks for following up!
I just checked your account (in this site: top bar > my account > downloads) PRO should be there under premium plugins. Can you check that? If so then just download the plugin and then proceed to install it in your WordPress site. If you still have doubts about this please review this article → New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO
Once PRO is installed + activated you’ll see recurrence options under the date pickers when creating (or editing) an event from the WordPress dashboard.
Regarding the Aggregator license, that will still be in place in your site but will be no longer valid, so I’d recommend just deleting they key + saving changes. Once PRO zip has been installed and activated you’ll see a new input to place PRO license (top bar > my account > license keys).
