    Before we can continue debugging this issue, Can you please update all of our plugins to the latest version? Having miss-matching versions of the plugins is not recommended and it’s likely to cause unexpected issues. Please check this knowledge base article about version compatibility for more info on this.

    Thanks for following up on this πŸ™‚

    While I still see the JS errors in the console, this might not be related to them. Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem with our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

    Also, was this working well before and stopped working at some point?

    Hi Kit,

    Thanks for following up on this once again!

    Faster way to get this running I guess can be using category name in Chinese and category slug in English.

    Does that sound like a possible solution for you? Can you give that a try?

    Thanks for following up on this once again!

    This still looks pretty random πŸ™ Are all the sites in German? Also do all of them have the same datepicker date format -WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Display > Datepicker date format ?

    I’m still puzzled with this issue I must say, sorry for not having a definitive solution to it!

    Thanks a lot for following up on this! Indeed it seems to be a language related issue.

    What language is your site in? Can you share with me the un-escaped category name?
    Also if you try this with a category with English name, does it work as expected?

    First of all I’ll need you to open different tickets for your different issues, that way they can be addressed simultaneously by different team members. It also makes it easier for other users to find and benefit from the answers. I will be addressing the map issue in this thread.

    I’ve looked into your site, specifically this event: http://www.maddyness.com/agenda/ces-2016/ and I see there are many JavaScript errors in the browser console. Can you fix them? They can be the cause for the map not showing. If the problem persists after fixing this errors, please share an event URL where the map should be showing up.

    I’ve checked your site and see a bunch of JavaScript errors in the browser console. Can you check on those? Probably that’s causing the malfunction on ‘day view’.

    Thanks for reaching out to us on this. Hopefully I can help you out with this one!

    Unfortunately there’s no easy way to fix this, but a possible work around is to change the translation for that string. You can do so by installing the Say What? plugin, then add a custom translation by going to ‘WP-Admin > Tools > Text changes’. Original string should be ‘ – ‘, text domain ‘tribe-events-calendar’, context ‘Cost range separator’ and replacement string ‘ / ‘ – all of them withou the quotes of course.

    Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to hear about this issue but hopefully I can help you out getting this right πŸ™‚

    We’ve seen reports of this same issue happening in sites where ‘Datepicker Date Format’ is set to day first format. Can you please check that in ‘WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Display > Datepicker Date Format’? If this is your case please set the ‘Datepicker Date Format’ to a month first format and then go into the recurrent event, check that the dates in the picker are correct and re-save the event. That should fix the ‘See All’ link.

    Thanks for reaching out to us on this!

    I found the string you mention “« Alle %sen” and changed to “« Alle %s”, so if you re-download the files for the German translation you should see that fixed.

    Can you please confirm this is fixed? Also are you sure this is the correct translation? Sorry to ask the later but we had some issues in the past due to different users submitting different translations for some phrases.

    Unfortunately we cannot support conflicts with third-party apps or themes. That being said, I can help you troubleshoot this a bit.

    Can you describe how the AppPresser framework works with your site? I’m not familiarized with it, but hopefully this is just a display issue we can work out with a CSS snippet.

    Glad to be helping you out with this one also!

    Not sure about your screenshot because my German is very very very basic πŸ˜› but that option is to ‘Merge duplicate Venues & Organizers’ not to merge events. It was intended to fix possible duplicates generated when updating from 2.x to 3.0. Maybe the translation is showing a wrong description of this option?
