September 9, 2015 at 8:55 am #1003344nellyParticipantWe still unfortunately having a few issues with WordPress with recurring events.
The first problem is that it is still publishing duplicates of the event as can be seen with this event she just published
http://www.brisbanekids.com.au/event/ben-and-jerrys-openair-cinemas-south-bank/all/
The second problem is it is not displaying the first event when you hit display all, as can be seen in this event where the first date to be displayed is the 21st September but this date is missing
http://www.brisbanekids.com.au/event/minions-craft-workshop-stafford/all/
The 3rd issue is sometimes it is not publishing all the text as it appears on WordPress ie not publishing the click here link and our disclaimer-

If you need any more information, please let me know and I will forward your question to Editor. She will try and help out where she can, but it seems so random. Almost like 1 in every 3 events published will have a mistake and it doesn’t seem to matter if it’s a pending event or not.
September 10, 2015 at 8:44 am #1003733NicoMemberHi Ngaire,
Thanks for getting back once again.
I guess it’s not possible to create a clean test site at the time, which is totally fine and we can still continue to look into this without doing so -it might necessary at some point.
Pleas go ahead and install this plugin: https://cloudup.com/cAINe4_FL1H which will show the recurrence buil log in the ‘parent event’ edit screen in the admin area. I show show something like this: https://cloudup.com/cMSClCh-oLf. If you can update our plugins to the latest version just released yesterday it would be great. Doing so in the production site directly might not be a good idea! First implement the updates in a test / staging server.
When you notice something fuzzy with any new event created after the ‘log plugin’ is installed just copy (or take a screenshot) of the logged information and send it over please.
Best,
