MemberHey Benjamin,
Glad to help you out on this issue too 🙂
One question before diving a bit more into the issue: Are you making copies of the ‘overrides’ Avada provides of the given views or are you copying them from the plugin folder?
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberHi there Sam,
Thanks for chiming in! I’m sorry to say this hasn’t been addressed yet. We could track the issue down to a vendor library we use. The problem seems to be solved in an update in the said library. The problem here is the update will require large QA efforts (as we use datepicker everywhere), this is the reason the fix has been delayed until it can be paired with other improvements on the area. This thread is related with the improvement ticket in our internal tracker, so when this is fixed you’ll get a heads-up here.

MemberHi there Benjamin,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you out 🙂
How do I change it so under related events, it only displays events with the same category and ignores the venue information?
Related events are picked up by tags and event categories, no relation is done by venue information. Can you re-check this in your site?
Also, if you want to customize the parameters for this query you might find this two filters useful: ‘tribe_related_posts_args’. And if you want to modify the result, you can use ‘tribe_get_related_posts’.
Please let me know if the above helps,
Best,

MemberHi there Claudia,

MemberHi there Carlos,
Thanks for reaching out and for the interest in our products 🙂
First of all can you please let me know a bit more about your needs? Are you planning to sell tickets in this site? Also I’m not much familiarized with Blackbaud, but from a quick search I understand it’s a payment gateway, right?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi there Ulf,
Thanks for reporting this issue as well, sorry to hear about it. In the case of the related thread, it seems like the issue is generated by the theme used in the site.
Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins. Also, it would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
Thanks,

MemberHey folks,

A solution for this has been shipped about a month ago but it seems I forgot to notify you of the fix. Can you please update the plugins to the latest version and let me know if this is still an issue?

MemberThanks so much! I’ve been searching our product backlog and couldn’t find any existing report of comments not working. Of course this doesn’t imply that what you are experiencing is not a legit bug.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
