MemberHey Bart,
Can I deactivate and uninstall the event ticket and events calender plugin and just leave active the 2 pro versions?
This is not possible: Events Calendar PRO & Event Tickets Plus extend the functionality of the core plugins so both core and PRO/Plus must be active!

NicoNico
MemberThanks for the follow-up Riccardo 🙂
We actually have a ticket to kill front-end request on non calendar pages, I guess this will bring improvements to this area as well. I’m linking this thread with the bug report and bumping the ticket priority!
Do you think we are good to close the ticket?

MemberHey Jens,
Sorry for the delay in my reply! From your prevous reply I assume you are doing a template override of the list widget files, right?
1. How do I output “Buy Now” button from Ticket Pro, relevant for the individual events. Directions to documentation would be great, example would be better.
Add the folloing line to display the link to the tickets form:
#buy-tickets" >Buy tickets
2. The Events Calendar Shortcode only goes so far. For example, it cannot output event custom fields. I need more powerful tools available. Can I solve outputting custom fields from events in the shortcode or by any other means? Are there tools available to get it out of the db?.
Sure it’s possible, take a look at this previous answer: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-do-you-display-the-additional-fields-in-the-list-view/#dl_post-997359
Please let me know if you can work both issues out,

NicoNico

MemberHi there Anna,
Thanks for your interest in our products! We do have a Nonprofit Partnership program that allows approved organizations to use Events Calendar PRO for free, as well as providing discounts on our other plugins. You can read our Nonprofit Program Knowledgebase article to get all the details. On that page you’ll find a link to our application form with further instructions.
Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you!

MemberHey Oliver,
No problem for the delay!
I’m not seeing any other upcoming events under the teste event category: http://www.odsalling.org/programacao/category/teste/ – Can you check on that?
Testing the list widget locally when WP-Admin > Events > Settings > General > Recurring event instances option is unchecked it shows upcoming recurring instances of the event! For the mini calendar I’m mostly sure this option is not needed.
Please let me know about it,

MemberLars,
Thanks for the report and glad to hear this is not a showstopper for you. Anyway as you say it will be nice to get it fixed!
The thing here is I’m not able to reproduce the error still, Can you send over a screenshot of all the Events Display Settings page? Maybe with the exact same settings I can get the error, but I’m not sure about it.
Do you have a development, staging or local copy of the site were you can see this as well?
Thanks and sorry for the many steps to diagnose this, but it’s very difficult to work on a bug we cannot reproduce,

MemberHey Jo,
Thanks for following-up, but can you please open up a new thread for these issues? They don’t sound related with what we worked on (FilterBar issue). Having one issue per thread helps user find and benefit from. You can totally link back to this thread so the person helping you out haves some context on this if needed.
Thanks so much,
Have a great week,
NicoNico
MemberThanks! I’ll keep this thread open in case I can help with it in any way 🙂
Nico
MemberThanks for sending that over! I’ve shared this with one of our developers, his opinion is that this might be optimized but that won’t be easy at all. What he suggests can do a difference is to use a front-end caching engine so all this operations / set-up is not done in every page load.
Does this sound like something you could implement?

MemberHey Bart,
Thanks for following up!
I’ve took a look but couldn’t find anything obvious to fix this (maybe a simple CSS rule). Can you try to reach out to Avada support team? They should be able to point you in the right direction here!
Please let me know if they can help you out,

MemberHi there Kathleen,
Thanks for getting in touch!
This seems to be a theme specific issue. Have you tried to reach out to the Minimaze_Pro support folks on this? I’m not familiarized with the theme and not sure how the titles are formed. Maybe there’s a template you can modify for this. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,

MemberHi there @barn2media,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about this issue.
There are some caveats when using personal or business license in multi-site networks: Multisite License. Please give the article a read so we are on the same page!
I’m not aware of an issue that prevents the license from sticking anyway 🙁 So let’s dive a bit into it.
Are the plugins network activated? Here you’ll find how to do this: Network enabling plugins.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
