ParticipantHi, I am using your plugins on 2 small multisites. Every time I add the license keys on one of the site (via /wp-admin/edit.php?page=tribe-common&tab=licenses&post_type=tribe_events), they validate correctly but disappear when I return to the page. Am I adding them in the wrong place? I can’t see anywhere to add the license keys in the network admin – just on the settings for the individual sites.
One of the multisites has 2 sites and the other has 3, so I understand that I don’t need your multisite license.
Many thanks

MemberHi there @barn2media,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about this issue.
There are some caveats when using personal or business license in multi-site networks: Multisite License. Please give the article a read so we are on the same page!
I’m not aware of an issue that prevents the license from sticking anyway 🙁 So let’s dive a bit into it.
Are the plugins network activated? Here you’ll find how to do this: Network enabling plugins.
Please let me know about it,

ParticipantHi Nico, thanks for your reply. The plugins are not network activated one on of my multisites as they are only used on 1 site. They are network activated on the other site as they are used on both sub-sites. My updates person is only happy to do automatic updates and won’t do manual updates.
Many thanks

MemberKatie,
Thanks for the patience here!
I run some test on my local install. I found out that using any type of license the update shows up and can be executed from the Network admin dashboard only.
My updates person is only happy to do automatic updates and won’t do manual updates.
If that person is the network admin then there shouldn’t be any troubles. Is this the case?
The license keys seems to stick for me. Do you still have this issue?

ParticipantThanks for the update.
Annoyingly, my client paid us to develop their website shortly before
Events Tickets Plus was released and there’s no budget to replace the
plugin. How much work is involved in migrating to Events Tickets Plus –
does this happen automatically?I look forward to hearing from you about the license keys.

MemberHi there,
I’ve re-tried after upgrading the plugins to 4.2.1 and everything went smoothly. Also, the license input wasn’t showing up before because WooCommerce wasn’t active, silly mistake on my side.
Maybe you can talk about this with your client, we only support bugs actually and no new feature gets release to WooTickets, only to Event Tickets Plus. Updating should be smooth, if you have a staging site just try deactivating WooTickets and activating Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. Some things in the front end might need a little styling adjustment, and it would be necessary to give the functionality a general check, but other than that it should be simple!
Can you try to update TEC to version 4.2.1 and re-check? I’m not sure if this will fix it for you. In case it doesn’t I’ll try to make a snippet to save the license directly into the database.
