We have an add-on called Event Tickets Plus that works well with WooCommerce and hopefully it will also work with GoPay as I imagine this Woo integration works at checkout and doesn’t sound it will interfere with what our plugin does. Only problem can ocur if Events Calendar creates custome type of product. My question is if it does ?
We don’t create any product related post-types, if this is what you mean.
Summing up I guess the only way to see if everything works as expected is to try it out. While we don’t have a trial period, you can go ahead and purchase the products for testing. First of all can you please follow-up with the site URL so I can take a look? Also, you marked as this has been tested for conflicts with other plugins and with default theme. Did that give you any different results?
It would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you have issues importing events. This thread is on the iCal Importer forum, but you don’t hold a license for that product so I guess you are referring to the CSV importer.
Let me start by saying I’m not quite sure about what you describe. Can you send over a screenshot? I understand there’s an issue with the CSV importer fields, right?

Would these changes be OK if the theme is updated?
If you are using a third-party theme, the changes need to be in a child theme to be safe in future updates. If you are not familiarized with child themes it’s quite simple, take a look: WordPress Codex > Child Themes. This should keep the changes safe ๐

Can you please tell me which e-commerce plugin you are using alongside Event Tickets Plus (WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP-Ecommerce or Shopp)?

Can you try to perform a manual update of the plugin? Details โ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
After copying over the plugin files you should see the plugin in your site plugin’s list. Do you get there? Does the error comes up after ‘Activating the plugin’?
Is it on our site or EventBrite site? Eventbrite site I think.
If you can send a screenshot of the error it will be great.
