MemberHi there Bruno,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our plugins 🙂
1) host multiple events from multiple sources
I’m not sure what you mean here, Importing events from different sources like Facebook, Meetup, etc?
2) ticketing handling individually per event
Sure, it’s possible with Event Tickets Plus. Be sure to check the product page for more details on this.
3) if possible allow users(publishers) to post their own events. But I would be able to handle that if not possible.
Yes, you’ll need a different add-on for this: Community Events. Also, you might want to check out Community Tickets add-on to enable users to post their own tickets, and let’s you earn a % of the sales (or a fixed price).
a) multiple types of tickets per event
Yes, this is possible with RSVP tickets (Event Tickets) and with paid tickets (Event Tickets Plus).
b) ticket creation with barcode
Unfortunately our tickets don’t have a barcode but a QR code. This might be good as well, but in case it isn’t then it might be possible to custom code this with a third party barcode lib o service.
Lastly, while we don’t have a trial period, you can go ahead and purchase the products for testing. If you decide they are not what you are looking for, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For more information take a look at our refund policy.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,
Best,

MemberHi there Stephanie,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our plugins 🙂
I guess your two questions have the same answer! We have an add-on called iCal importer, which as it’s name suggest allows you to import events feeds into your sites. You can create scheduled imports to keep the sites updated with new events from other calendars.
Also, we are about to release a new plugin: Event Aggregator which will eventually replace iCal importer. Basically it’s a revisited version of our importer plugins (iCal importer, Facebook importer, Core CSV importer) with some extra features and a new unified user interface. If you buy an iCal importer license, when Event Aggregator is released you’ll have access to this plugin too.
Please let me know if you have further questions on this,

MemberHi there Rajiv,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our products 🙂
While it’s not possible to create an event without end time, you can hide this from the calendar o event page. In fact you can hide the end date too if you want.
Do you think this will work for your site?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberThanks for clarifying Eric, and sorry to say this is not a feature available right now within our product 🙁
You can create different tickets combining the available options: ‘Ticket’ > $15, ‘Ticket + breakfast’ > $20, etc. You can activate ‘global stock’ option for this event, all tickets will share a common stock number. Do you think you can use this solution?
Please note this might be possible with some custom code, but crafting this for you would be out of the scope of support we give in our forums. If you decide to give this a try let us know if you are stuck, or not sure where to start, we can point you into the right direction! You can also hire a customizer to build this for you.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberThanks for following up!
I guess you are referring to ‘full view shortcodes’, this is a feature that will be available in the next release of Events Calendar PRO. Release 4.3 is planned to be out early October (although this is subject to change)!
Please let me know your thought’s about this,

MemberH there Jessica,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Sure it’s possible with the following snippet:
https://gist.github.com/elimn/c47fb3e65d437c2479bd
You have to place it in your theme’s (or child theme’s) functions.php file, and make sure to change the sample excluded categories for the ones in the actual site!
Please give it a try and let me know if it works for you,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHi there Chris,
Thanks for getting in touch with us, and for your interest in our products 🙂
1. Does the Events Calendar offer an ical feed that is automatically updated? I’ve only seen the “Export Month’s Events” button located below a calendar but would like to have an automated process of importing events from other calendars.
Yeah, that feed in fact is generated on the fly this means that if you add an event it will display in the feed right away. So you can subscribe to that feed, which’s date range can be modified with a simple snippet.
2. If the above is possible, do we just enter the URL for the iCal Importer? Is there a demo of the iCal Importer that I can see?
It’s quite simple, you can create a one time import or a scheduled one (hourly, daily, weekly, etc) to keep importing events automatically. You can see the demo in the products page → https://theeventscalendar.com/product/ical-importer/. Also, while we don’t have a trial period, you can go ahead and purchase the products for testing. If you decide they are not what you are looking for, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For more information take a look at our refund policy.
One final note, we are close to launching Event Aggregator a new service which will take imports to the next level. If you purchase an iCal importer license, you’ll be granted free access to the new service in order to transition to it when it’s released 🙂
Hope that helps, please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,

MemberHi there,
Thanks for getting in touch with us, and also for your interest in our plugins 🙂
Events Calendar PRO comes packed with shortcodes you can use to display events in pages, take a look → Pro Widget Shortcodes. Unfortunately there’s no similar functionality in the free version.
Alternatively you can write you own function to do this, if you are up to it start by reading this article → Using tribe_get_events.
Please let me know if this helps you out,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHowdy Rob,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us!
I see you already made the purchase for the multisite license, so I processed the refund for the personal license. You should see the funds back in your account in 5-10 days.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,

MemberHi there @themet,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Sure it’s possible, here’s an alternative to what Brook proposed in the old thread:
/* Tribe, change tax query relation to AND instead of OR */
function tribe_list_widget_tax_query_relation ( $args ) {// bail if no relation is no tax query
if ( !isset( $args['tax_query'] ) ) return $args;$args['tax_query']['relation'] = 'AND';
return $args;
}
add_filter ( 'tribe_events_list_widget_query_args', 'tribe_list_widget_tax_query_relation', 100 );
Just past the snippet above in your theme’s (or child theme’s) functions.php file, and that should be it!
Have a great weekend,
NicoNico
MemberHi there Mr. Peri,
Glad to help you out on this issue as well 🙂
Try using the following snippet by pasting it into theme’s (or child theme’s) functions.php file:
function custom_widget_featured_image() {
global $post;echo tribe_event_featured_image( $post->ID, 'thumbnail' );
}
add_action( 'tribe_events_list_widget_before_the_event_title', 'custom_widget_featured_image' );
That should do the trick!
Cheers,
Nico -
