MemberHey Gene,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Glad to help you once again π
I’ve inspected the code quickly and there’s no super easy way of adding this, but it seems possible to create a template override of the view that renders those fields. Once the fields are in place it should be possible to save them or delete them.
Can you elaborate a bit more and what fields are you looking to include? Also I’m not much familiarized with ACF so let’s stick with just saving the values in regular fields for now.
Please let me know about it and I’ll try to put together a sample code for you to build on top,

MemberHey Nick,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Interesting question here, giving this a try I found a rather strange behavior (screen cast: https://cloudup.com/crL8B1se-4T). If you don’t select a date in list view and then switch to month view, navigate a few months and then go back to list view, it will take you to the next upcoming events. On the other hand if you select a date in list view, then change to month view, go to next month and then switch back to list view the date is carried over. So it seems like we should be carrying over the selected date no matter what!
New version of the calendar is about to come out (hopefully later today), let’s wait for it and re-test to see if this is still an issue. Also let me know if you can reproduce the behaviour described above.

NicoNico

MemberHi Michael,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you here π
First install and activate the following plugins: The Events Calendar, Event Tickets (rsvp tickets), Event Tickets Plus + an e-commerce plugin (WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP-Ecommerce or Shopp) if you are planning to sell tickets in the site.
Once all the plugins are installed, just go to the ‘Add New Event’ screen an scroll down, below all event related fields you should see the tickets meta box to create tickets.
Be sure to check out this article covering the basic setup: New User Primer: Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus.
Please let me know if you see the tickets options now,

MemberHi there Matthias,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue π
You always need to run Events Calendar PRO alongside The Events Calendar, if not it won’t work at all! I guess that this might be the result of an issue while updating. Please try the following steps:
- While the steps below shouldn’t affect the site content in any way it’s always advised to make a back-up of the site database and files before proceeding.
- Access the site via FTP or File manager, and delete the folders ‘the-events-calendar’ and ‘events-calendar-pro’.
- Download the latest version of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO from ‘My Account > Downloads’.
- Re-install and activate the plugins.
Please let me know if this helps you out,
Best,

MemberHey Tara,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you here π
Just paste this snippet in your theme’s (or child theme’s) stylesheet or via Simple Custom CSS plugin:
/* Tribe, add margin before the calendar */
#tribe-events {
margin-top: 40px;
}
Please let me know if that helps,

MemberHi there Derek,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue!
Let me say it’s not a known issue and not something I heard before. Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Also, a new plugin is going to be released in the next few days, it’s called Event Aggregator and will eventually replace Facebook Importer. After it’s release (hopefully) tomorrow, you can give it a try (a license for it will be granted to Facebook Events license holders) and see if the issue persists.
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberThanks for being on top of this Leonard! We drop the ball this time.
I couldn’t find my previous reply so here I go again:
Is there a good way to display the calendar or some feed of just the organizer’s calendar from the big site http://www.websitewithhugecalendar.com/organizer/smallorganization/ on a different site ie, http://www.smallorganization.com
Yes by appending ?ical=1 to any tribe view the events will be returned in .ics format. I can help you getting an RSS feed of the organizer events if that helps. I mean you would only need to configure a widget that reads the events from the RSS feed. In the case of the ICS feed you can have iCal importer (or Events Aggregator when it’s launched porabably tomorrow) on the small organization site and import this feed regularly (maybe daily).
The feed solution sounds easier to implement, but you’ll only have a list of this events linking to the bigger organization site. The ics solution requires a premium add-on but the events will live in the subsite as well so won’t need to navigate away from the site to view the events.

MemberHey CHuck,
Thanks for following up!
Please note that the snippet I sent is only affecting mobile views and also that whenever you open or close the filterbar a cookie get saved to remember the last status of the filterbar. To see the ‘default state’ in action you should open the site in a private/incognito mode window. Also, it will closed by default in the mobile view.
Please let me know if the above clarifies a bit, or if I’m not getting this right! In any case, does removing the snippet fixes the ‘second’ issue?

October 12, 2016 at 10:08 am in reply to: Instead of the “EVENTS FROM” calendar, display two select boxes: year and month #1175498Nico
MemberHi Benny,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our plugins π
What you mention is not possible in Events Calendar PRO, but please note that the datepicker format changes with every view: in month view you just select a month, in week view (pro) a week, and in day view a day. In other listing view likes list view, photo (pro) or map (pro) views you select an date from. Customizing how this works is possible but something we can provide limited help on!

MemberHi there Torben,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you here…
The feature you are talking about ‘full view shortcodes’ is coming really really soon with the launch of Events Calendar PRO 4.3 π We are expecting that to happen in the next days (or even maybe today if all the QA passes are good), so hang on just for a little bit more time and this will be available!
Best,
