MemberHi Ivan,
Thanks for much for working on these. It looks like you were using an older .pot file however, so some of the new strings are missing. Any chance you could update these with the new .pot file linked in the Gettign Started thread? That way you could add the remaining translations in so it would be complete. Once you’re done, just post them here and I’ll take a look. Thanks so much for your hard work!
Best,
LeahLeah
MemberThanks Ivan! Since you posted the PRO download in the other thread I’m going to go ahead and close this thread up. I’ll respond in the other 🙂

MemberHi msystems,
It’s been 2 weeks since we heard from you. How’s the translation going?

MemberHi mikejd,
Is it possible that you have the license key already registered to another site? That is often the cause of the “Out of Installs” error. You can check what site the license is currently registered to under Account Central –> License Keys on tri.be.
We have a tutorial on how to disconnect and move a license key here. That will hopefully help you out, but let me know if not.

MemberHi pknvelp,
Thanks for posting. The problem is that the Dutch translation is outdated. If you’re interested in working on it, I’d love to have you update the translations for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO. And in exchange, you can get a free license for Events Calendar PRO (or another plugin of your choice).
Check out our Getting Started post for details.
Cheers,

MemberThese look great! Thank you so much for sticking with me here. These are complete and lovely and we’ll be adding them to our next maintenance release.
I’ll be emailing you shortly with a coupon code to get licenses for these plugins. Thanks again for all your hard work!

MemberHi Bastien,
I really appreciate your hard work here, and your patience while we figure this out. Unfortunately, it looks like these .po files are missing a number of the strings we added in the latest .pot files, and contain some old broken strings that we also fixed. I’m confused as to why this could happen, since as you said you used the uploaded files and translated after 3.2 came out. However, the files are definitely missing some parts.
Here’s one example of a string that the 3.1 and earlier .pot files was missing (from the-events-calendar.pot):
#: lib/the-events-calendar.class.php:4116 #: lib/the-events-calendar.class.php:4128 #@ tribe-events-calendar msgid "Date" msgstr ""
As I said I’m really not sure what the problem is here. But would you mind updating the .po file again and see if the line above and any other new ones appear?
Thanks again for your patience and time.
Best,
LeahLeah

MemberHi Bastien,
Could you also tell me what version number of the plugins you were translating from? We did a major update to the .pot files in 3.2 and looking at these files it looks like maybe you used 3.1. Would it be possible for you to update these with the 3.2 additions? You can download the .pot files for 3.2 in the Getting Started post.

MemberWow Bastien, this is awesome! I’ll start testing them and get back to you. Meanwhile, can you link me to the Community Events .po file? Looks like you did a double .mo 😉
Thanks!

MemberThanks Tai! Just post the files here when you’re done.

MemberHi bmcofnc,
I just tried importing this event and I also had it import correctly. I had my time set to New York to match yours, and the event came in with a Start Time of 1:30pm. It also had an End Time of 1:30pm, which is currently the closest we get to no end time- it won’t show an end time on most views. Since both Kelly and I were able to import it, I’m thinking it might be something funky with your system.
Can you please go to the Events –> Help page and copy all the information in the black box here? (You can use a private reply to keep the info secure). That will help us dig further into this issue.
Thank you,

MemberHi mwjared,
I’m very sorry you’re getting that error. Unfortunately there is no way around it with the current Facebook API.
We absolutely should have warned you about this, and I apologize for our oversight there. I’ve requested that we add a note to the product page.
Since our plugin won’t serve your purposes, I’d be happy to give you a full refund for your purchase. I’ll just need you to forward your purchase receipts to pro (at) tri.be and reference this thread.
Again, I apologize for this inconvenience.

MemberHi joinfof,
Thanks for the information. Did you get a chance to try deactivating the plugins one at a time to see if the speed changed? That could help us better pin-point the problem. Also, are you using recurring events? About how many of the 229 events are recurring? That could also be a factor.
Thank you,
Leah -
